I can't seem to locate the rep, and I've been trying to withdraw from Planet 7 via bitcoin for a few weeks now. I had my documents verified but nobody can confirm my withdrawal for me. Live chat support tells me something different every time. My last chat rep told me bitcoin withdrawals are taking a few months at this point. How can that be? I sent an email to the payments department and recieved an auto reply that someone would get back the me within 24 hours. That was 3 days ago now. And whether intentional or not, I now can't get the live chat to work. Any help is appreciated!

I feel your pain

Hi Sahtrum,

I understand completely, as I am having the same issue with their sister casino, Ruby Slots.

Have you tried sending a private message to the Rep here? Her name is TawniVirtualAce and she is excellent in getting things done.

I hope this helps and good luck!

I'm sorry - but I have to laugh when I read these threads :D
I know I shouldn't - but after reading the same thing about this rogue-ass group of casinos for 13 years - it's like a broken record!

Every couple of months another new player comes here to complain abut slow pay.
That is just the way they operate - delay pay as long as possible and hope you reverse & lose it

This group were in the Rogue Pit here for years - I don't know why they aren't listed there now

But anyway, here's the rep: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/tawnivirtualace.html

Don't reverse, chase politely, wait 4 weeks and you probably will be paid.

There have been a lot of slow-pay issues with Virtual group's casinos these last few months BUT all the issues that are coming through to me as PABs are getting resolved.

You can check out our [http://www.casinomeister.com/adr.php]PAB[/url] service and if that sounds like the way you want to proceed then please read the PAB FAQ thoroughly. It's not as daunting as it looks and the FAQ does detail what you can expect from us and what we expect from you throughout the PAB process. Submitting a PAB is free to all but we do ask that you know and respect our procedures.

Let me know if you have any questions. You can contact me via email at max.drayman@casinomeister.com or here on the forums by Private Message (Link Outdated / Removed).

Regards,
Max, Complaints (PAB) Manager, Casinomeister.com

I should think you would know very well why they we liberated from the Pit: when they were still operated out of Costa Rica the team there (eventually) went to considerable effort to improve their performance and drag their name out of the muck. For the most part they succeeded. Then the group was sold off and things have been rather less good since.

Sorry - I should have said I don't know where they're listed now.
I can't see them in the Rogue Pit or the Grey Zone...

I did not see them in the Rogue Pit either, but they should be!

I must admit, I am spoiled living in New Jersey where the online gaming is plentiful and the payouts are fast. I did little research when picking a casino outside of the USA, because I travel a lot for business and was looking for casinos outside of NJ. BIG lesson learned.

Thanks very much to you both for your advice and help! :D

I was wondering why they weren't listed in those areas either after I started having trouble. Thanks for the help so far and I have contacted the rep.

Some of this has to do with the way the site is set up. I have to write a review for each one of their properties so it shows up in our database. I think there are some at the moment, but they may be in the grey zone.

But nevertheless, they are due some status here at Casinomeister.

I decided to take another stab in their live chat. It took two hours, but I was finally paid and received my bitcoin overnight. They clearly use stall tactics - I had multiple live chat reps try to tell me that bitcoin is down for maintenance. In fact, when I mentioned that lie to the third rep I talked to yesterday his reply was "oh yeah, that's right, bitcoin is down!" They also tried to tell me I couldn't be paid because my bitcoin addresses didn't match - I had sent them one each time they requested it and either they don't know that bitcoin wallets generate unique addresses each time, or they just wanted another excuse not to pay.

I regret having played here at all and not doing some research sooner. Lesson learned, but happy to be paid.
