Having SOW problems with Wheelz casino

Is there a rep for Wheelz casino or Rootz? I'm having some trouble with SOW at Wheelz. My account is verified, but now they want all kinds of other documents. Everything they've asked for I've submitted within hours of said request. It's just aggravating when nothing seems to be happening and every two days or so they magically want another piece of information. Why does it have to be this difficult? Should take a day or two to verify a normal every day regular guys SOW, not weeks.

First request of SOW documents was 23.5 and today was the final straw when they for the fourth time wanted some more documents. Jesus, it's easier to get a million dollar loan from a bank than to get a measly 3k€ from a casino.

I get why they ask these things, because I've deposited a lot and lost about 5k€ this month. Still, this shouldn't be such an amateur show like this. This should be dealt with in a few days at the most, not a few weeks. Now I remember why I had a period of a few years when I didn't play online. Because of this. Everything's so difficult and takes ages. The joy of actually winning something gets a swift kick in the balls when you realize that you'll have to fight weeks to get your money.

I'm sure I'll get my money eventually, but it's just aggravating when the communication from the casino is zero, other than asking for more documents twice a week.

I don't believe we have a rep for Wheelz or their sister casino Rootz here, but @LadyJelena may be able to help you. SoW has proven to be a real headache for UK players, thanks to the overbearing UKGC in the main.

I am not au fait with this casino, other about hearing about them when they launched.

I've done everything they've asked for. You'd just think that in the year 2022 this shit would be a bit faster by now and wouldn't take weeks.

And by measly, I just meant that I got a 100k loan from a bank with way less trouble and way less invasive questions. Seems a bit amateurish to me all this combing through bank records with a fine comb to see if they maybe could hold on to my money.

I mean I get it. One is a bank filled with professionals and the other is a online casino filled with amateurs. You get what you pay for.

Oh some of the SoW BS hoops that players have been made to jump through are well over the top and painful. Just ask @dunover about his experiences with Casumo in the past!

It's an MGA licensed casino, Not UKGC.
So it looks like the MGA casinos are going to go just as heavy on SOW as UKCG ones

Done far bigger investment transactions with non of this SOW shit,
only had to show I had the funds and a bank statement linking me to the funds.

A quick update on this. @LadyJelena reached out to a contact she has and a few hours later I got an e-mail saying I was now verified and my SOW was complete. I instantly went and cashed out my remaining balance. Let's wait and see if and when the money hits my bank account. Then after that I'll close my account with them.

All this could've been avoided if they would've just communicated with me like a human being rather than just some random annoyance. Anyway, I won't completely throw the casino under the bus, because they eventually did the right thing (even though had to have someone nudge them a bit). I was actually thinking this would become a long drawn out battle, because I got nowhere with them.

Anyway, a huge thanks to @LadyJelena for the very quick help. Did not think this would be resolved this fast.
