Have you ever been told you look like a celebrity?

I have only been told this once.

I was told I looked like Julia Roberts. Now, this may sound good to most women, but I don't look like her AT ALL! Well ok, my body was pretty rockin when I was in my 20's, hehe.

I was at a friends house with a few other friends, there was a girl who I had just met for the first time...she was looking at me, and said you look just like Julia Roberts. I started laughing, and she was like no really you do. I guess the booze had gotten to her.

This was in the 90's, I have thick/wavy hair, and back then it was very long. My style was almost exact to her hair in "Pretty Woman", mind you though, not the hair color even, mine is dark brown.

But, how many women can say someone told them they look like Julia Roberts So I will take it.

Oh, my husband and I have a game, whenever we go somewhere, we point to people and yell out a name. We do pretty good, sometimes the people look exactly like the celebrity, sometimes it's just a similarity.

This photo of her is probably the closest to what they were refering. I.E. Hair color, cut and style of it and shape of the face. Personally, I didn't see the resemblance.

When I was in my 20s and early 30s I used to hear that I looked like either Natalie Wood or Gina Lollobrigida - sometimes a young Elizabeth Taylor. To be honest I never could see it myself, but I was told that a lot so there must have been some resemblance. Maybe a bit of the face shape and dark hair, but I don't really see that those three women look much alike either. Nowadays I look like the crazy cat lady from the Simpsons.
