For at least three weeks I have been trying to get off their email list. Their support department told me two weeks ago I was removed yet everyday I get a email from them. Yes everyday! I've been told numerous times that my email was removed from their distribution list.

Now twice I have asked that they delete my account and all my information and yet I'm still getting emails. Today I put them on my spam list so I don't see the emails anymore.

Just needed to vent and to warn anyone else that is thinking of playing there that if they can't complete this simple task I can't imagine that their customer service would be any better taking care of anything else.

I'm not sure how I even got on their mailing list since I have never made a deposit there.
