hi everyone.got a problem.hampton casino sends me an email for free $35 chip.play the chip made the 40x playthru.made a withdrawal request for $1247.00 sent all documents needed request by hampton.even recieved an email saying everthing is in order.recieved anotheremail after that saying my withdrawal request was denied contacted casino support.now they tell me that they dont have any answers!not only that now they locked up my account.i have never been locked out before,and i have deposir there in the past.i have contacted montana overseas by email!!! :(
 
Looking at the bonus terms it seems to say max cashout on free chip is $50 although you need to be an attorney to be able to understand them.
 
Not sure why they would have froze your account but according to the Hampton website the terms for the free chips is as follows:

Did you also make a deposit on top of the free chip or did you attempt to withdraw $1247.00 off the free chip alone? Still don't see why that would be grounds to lock your account uless they think you have multiple accounts and have claimed the free chips under the other accounts.
 
I used their no-deposit bonus and requested 50$ withdraw on Jan 20.
They denied my request 2 times after I emailed faxback form to them. They dont pay winning from no-deposit bonus.
