Just incase it reads the same to anyone else I deposited £20 yesterday with the code NY20 assuming I would get the 20 extra free spins today on there bonus but its actually £100 deposit to get the full £20 bonus with the extra spins

Nothing misleading about it at all.

It clearly states you need to do max to qualify for some offers.

And if you want the 100n/d bonus you have to deposit 100 all 5 days and for 20spins its 100 each day as well.

Not a great promotion tho as its too expensive for players like me.

£20 a day for the 5 days gets you a 50NDB. Bit on the expensive side for low rollers also but 'do-able'

Hoping WR on the NDB is their standard 35x but could well be 40x as they've increased it slightly over the last couple of deposit based bonus offers.

I read that too and i can see were the OP is coming from...'fraid bonus is not for me either.

I read it wrong too, though It didn't matter in this case as I ommited to enter the code when I deposited. I was playing on my mobile which I don't normally do but thought by accessing it through the email offer it would have triggered it like with some other sites. In hindsight, I was probably a little too eager for a spin having been out of the house all day. When I got home and checked it on my laptop I realised I hadn't done it properly and contacted chat, I still had money in my account from memory however was not allowed to use that deposit for the promotion. Don't spoze it matters that much but with the promotions where you don't get the spins til the next day, it seems unlikely to impact on whether you make a withdrawal or not. Besides the obvious retardedness for not following the instructions, is there any other reason for not being able to access the promotion after making the deposit? Im thinking the codes must be keept for stats or something? But then again, if it's just about changing player behavior to be less reliant on chat, then I guess that worked too. I'm sure they have more important things to do than just deal with players who have not read their promotions properly. You should be able to get promo's up after, I do not think I have seen that 1st deposit only counts on guts

Also because you didnt take the bonus does not mean you will not get the free spins, But as this is a new type of promo I am unsure, Check acount any way after the time frame and you just may see the free spins
