Guts Loyalty Squad

I've been reading some pretty good reviews on guts and since I had a bit of a problem at a previous casino I have been thinking of trying a couple new casinos and phase out some old ones. Putting aside their drop in the quality of their offers and the guts squad program lol. Are they reputable enough for paying out on withdrawals? Or to their non VIP players whats there support actually like?

Or if anyone has any better casinos to play at since guts seems to be lacking in a few areas that have been described, who would any of you suggest as a good new sign up in their place? Just any Recommendations based on being trustworthy and good t's&c's etc etc.

Also I've been looking at the 32 red Dish of the day thread but I'm not to bothered about their bonus' so I'm going to sign up to them as well. As I think they seem to be pretty reputable and a stand up casino. (if any of you disagree please let me know before i inevitably spend my time, and money :D, over at 32 red)

In all due respect Guts is not a bad operation, They have fallen from the tree in the last 6 months or so but you have no worrys about getting paid and its alot quicker than most sites,

32 red is the same, Very trusted site but again fell from the tree, slow payouts, No flushing and have limited provider for there games

I would say try out DrVegas, They have good bonus, The wager is sticky unless you dip into it but can withdraw cash at any stage, withdraws are normally the next day but have had longer, Nicola just started a thread where she has been waiting abit, But again very trusted site,

All British casino is a new one on the block I would suggest, Make sure you not signed up to no other casino in there group if you are from the U.K, Click on there UK licence logo and see there sister sites,

xfactor games have 50 free spins and a 100% bonus or 150% if you go the code xfator150

32 Red is my 'most visited' and the one I trust above all others.

Other great trustworthy sites include, Guts, Rizk, Casino Luck, Next (Check before joining any of these that you've not self-excluded at any others as you will not get paid if you win)

Blue are MT SecureTrade

Red are EveryMatrix

Up and coming which so far so good, Casino Pop, Dunder

Edit: Not Guts but another example of a CS 'macro'

I am sorry but unfortunately we can't offer you any bonus right now. We review all account on a regular basis though and give out bonuses to players based on activity.
So keep an eye out in your inbox.

Mondays deal spins was 0.20 €. And Sunday freebies was 1€ per spin..

And now i go to sleep.. It is getting too hot in here :)

Yes my criticism was just not aimed at GUTS, but it was not unusual get free spins a free times a week at GUTS till it changed.

Yes-I remember asking Live Chat about FS promotions a few months ago after I noticed I hadn't seen any emails from them for a while!! I think at the time a new game had just come out and it was pretty normal to usually see a couple of casinos sending out promos for assorted Bonus offers on the new slots-at the time it was a netent game from memory but they did always used to crop us with freebies every time a new game launched actually ha. Weekly, i'd usually sneak a few FS here and there at a couple places and i wasn't totally sure (didnt check to much into it reslly & had deleted all the old spambox etc etc) but i swear that typically Guts had previously given out a few ND FSs out during launches... Spoke to chat who said they were only gonna do Deposit-based offerrs from now on... I then used to try keep eye out for promos or play the trivia/enter prize draws but sometimes the T&Cs and requirements would just be like arghhh too hard pile LOL since seeing these new posts for Guts i Decided to play a few bucks, had a bit of a win but nothing to get me loyalty squad status as yetLOL:oops:

My two cents as i have seen this happening over and over and over and over and over and ..... again.

I call it: "Established in the market" syndrome.

Phase 1 - Casino is new and dishing out goodies, bonuses... you name it to get traffic and plenty of new sign-ups
Phase 2 - Casino has been online for 1 - 2 years and has now a sizeable loyal player base and is known in the market. Hence, new sign-ups come now with less effort... Result: Offers start to, if not decline, but at least stagnate
Phase 3 - Casino has been online for 2 - 4 years and is now one of the 'major' players in the market, has hundreds of affiliates driving the traffic to them... Result: Offers now clearly in decline
Phase 4 - Casino has been online for over 4 years and is now one of the GO TO places. Traffic and new sign-ups are steady. Losing some 'unprofitable or just profitable' players is no issue, they are now the big player, they can easily afford it.... Result: Offers are utter shite

Examples from the past: The Palace Group, Casino Rewards, Fortune Lounge/Digimedia, Redbet, partially, but really only on the payment side 32RED, Everymatrix, Caddell, Cassava/888 etc etc etc.

Once they have or think to have a certain size that they don't need every player, the honeymoon is over. No need to woo us little players with some good offers. Or even worse, they make the few offers progressively worse, e.g. higher WR, lower bonus percentage, extending restricted games list etc. etc.

One of the best examples here on CM is..... guess, guess.... BETSPIN

Nothing new, nothing shocking....just the reality in the casino world.

just been told after 2 years of playing/losing that they lost (or did not properly validate) my kyc info, are they getting worse?

Well thats certainly abit alarming to hear, Have they not give you an explanation ? Surely they would not need photo I.D again, Maybe just a shot of skrill or bank card, If they want the full lot than I would like to know what has happened with what they had,

Maybe two years ago they was just shoving the I.D in an old folder and now the U.K have tighten there grips the casino wants to make sure its all in order and as they probably nether kept secure as promised and they want it again,

Soon know if others are asked the same thing

I know I speculating here but what other explanation can there be ??

remember it well how they (Betspin ) started here , really active rep, fast responses , very pro active and then boom nothing. They had my loyalty at the start but since then things have changed and have not deposited there in months. But suppose its just progression. We are just one small % of a massive potential player base. And such things I suppose effect more people who enjoy bonuses... something I have all but removed now from my online vice.

I have been blocked and they are asking me for my KYC too.
I have already been verified there so i dont know wth is going on and I'm staying locked out until I hear back from Yits whom I mailed last Sunday.

Same thing has happened with me twice now. Second time I just left it ... could not be bothered sending KYC documents in a 3rd time in less than a year.

Totally crap system. And it dont matter to me as they are stacks of other great casinos out there to choose from. I got nothing against KYC - I know its needed
but 3 times in 12 months ? I think not. Better things to do with my time. Guts is on my "cant be bothered" list anymore.

I cant be bothered either
Such a shame as I loved this casino at one stage.
Why should we be running after them to play?, I understand that things can happen but the truth of the matter is that there other real good casinos to chose from and I'll be voting with my purse here on in.

This seems to be a wide spread KYC repetition request not just the odd random check (which i had at a few casinos after some years of membership and is totally understandable).

The question coming to my mind is: What is Guts doing with the docs in their archives? Are they losing customer data/files? ......That would be very worrying as that puts a BIG BIG question mark on their security department!!

Personally, i would not trust them any further if they request KYC docs multiple times in a year!

The exact thought was going through my mind too Harry. Doesn't give me much confidence in them tbh.

After seeing people were getting requests for KYC again i asked last night if i needed to resubmit ID as from the KYC page i cant see anywhwere if im properly verified or not.

Was told im OK just now as they have proof of address and who I am but once ive DEPOSITED over £2300 id get asked at some point for proof of method of payment.

Never heard of getting asked for ID after deposit level. Besides ive already had Neteller account verified. So queried it again and was told the same. Actually thought id deposited that amount over the years tho use other casinos more.

Asked again and got told the same and that if i win im ok to withdraw. But once i reach a certain amount id also get asked to verify payment method. Was like OK ive already reached that level and had to verify.

Was told the same again my ID proving who i am and where I stay is fine but would need to verify payment at some point.

So my letter dated years ago is fine. But seems like Neteller proof is either not there or needs redone to which i couldnt get a straight answer.

Just left it at that and deposited elsewhere.
