I have sent messages to Yits here and through Customer Support. Perhaps a public conversation would illicit a response...waited weeks now. Still waiting for a response from my bonus ban just before the Christmas promo. So sorry I won $3000 after gambling almost $10 000...I guess I deserve to be punished and ignored because my deposits aren't up to snuff. Disgusting.:mad:

Well, a shirty attitude won't help things along. But I get you're frustrated. Unfortunately the rep hasnt been around much (well, at all really).

As to bonus banning - well, that's entirely the casino's prerogative - they don't require rhyme, reason nor explantation, as much as we may like otherwise. There's not much anyone here can do to change that I'm afraid.

I've sent pm's to both Yits and Tony 48 hours ago and told them that I would ask Bryan to take them off from the accredited list now, at least until they have solved the rep issue. A friendly nudge isn't enough anymore.
If they don't want to be accredited then fine but we need to know since it's been the same this whole year.

We as members have to know where to send those who need help. Lately we have turned to Captain Rizk and he have fixed things for them. That's not his job.

They are a great trustworthy casino, but maybe they have grown too big now too. They certainly don't need us anymore.

That's the impression I'm getting too. Sad, CM and its members I'm certain, went a long way to bringing them up to where they are. It's a disheartening feeling ..it's like, well, if you push Rizk up there, will they bounce once they don't need the kudos?

Good casino..reliable for payments. I'm still loyal to depositing there as casino of choice. Who knows - maybe Ben has spoiled us all lol.
But I DO agree - one of the conditions of being accredited is being available to members here. That's multiple times I've now seen unanswered pms. Bryan said he saw him in Malta (Yits) and that he's alive and well.
I'm cognizant there's a great many demands on a casino manager - so put a rep in place if you can't meet the obligations here.

And no, this isn't a GUTS bash - we're all well aware they're good and a reason theyve earned the accolades theyv'e received. This isn't a 'GUTS youre bad' but a boot in the ass because 'GUTS we know you're better than this'.

Having an active rep is imo the most important part of being accredited from the players standpoints. I know it is for me, they are extremely useful for tough issues.

I have held other CM casinos to account when their rep has not been active and so its only fair the same is done here this time. It is a shame to see Guts fall so much, I loved them at one time.

To the OP - it is up to the casino if they bonus ban you or not you might not like it but its fair enough and its not a reason to start a public thread bashing them. However the continued lack of timely responses by a rep from Guts has gone on too long now, they should either get someone in here every day or be put in the reservation.

A real shame, CasinoBen was probably the best rep ever to have graced CM as well when he was doing the job.

Someone who has not received responses from the rep should PM CasinoMeister and inform them.

We have and he knows. After nearly a month's absence, Bry poked him with a stick, but all that unfortunately happened was he popped in for an obligatory 5 minutes, and it's been 2 weeks again.

It would be a shame to see such a good casino get a bad name across casino forums, For a few minor incidents

Guts has contributed so much, I know the firm is venturing out and have there own platform etc and even now got casino's wanting to be part of it, The last thing you want is aload of complaints no matter how minor they are, I know there will not be many major complaints if any as like its been pointed out your as safe as they come,

Its just good to know some one is about as not always customer service can satisfy us :)

Thanks for answering my PM. To be honest, the length of time to respond wasn't excessive, it's just in light of the recent non-responsiveness we've seen over and over I felt the need to comment.

Nor do But I will tell you one thing it goes a long way and puts a bit of trust for us peeps, It does me any way, End of the day I not got much to lose but I do think about other gamblers
