To receive any promotional offer you must complete the playtrough requirements of the preceding offer or if your balance is zero. In order to claim the deposit bonuses and free games you must contact a live operator before placing any bets. Bonuses can not be claimed retroactively.

I don't quite have the time atm to go over the t&c, but as people are asking about the wagering and some strange terms I was just wondering if they were ever looked over?

You need a max bet term too, such as 25% of the bonus amount credited to the account.

With a vague term that deems even meeting the stated WR as "abusive", it can only apply to eligibilty for FUTURE offers, else there is going to be some pretty bad PR based on "spirit of the bonus" winnings confiscation.

It needs to be made clear that games with a 0% weighting are prohibited games when there is a bonus in play, and must not be played at all.

If the casino makes an offer of a bonus, and the player accepts it, the casino is obligated to go through with the offer. If the player accepts this offer, the player is obliged to follow the posted terms and conditions of the bonus. If the player meets the wagering requirements, he should be paid. Simple as that.

There is no pending period for flushing, as soon as the withdrawal is requested, it goes straight to cashin.
When in cashin, it takes between couple hours and 24h for withdrawal to be processed, depending on whether the account is verified, all the documents are received, whether the cashin is approved, and of course the finance team needs to be present.

The maximum stake while playing with bonuses is 6.25. An there is a list of games in the T&C that states how much each game counts toward the wagering requirement (thanks ilovejesus). The games with 0% toward wagering requirement are restricted games(can not be played with the bonus).

There never was, nor ever will be "spirit of the bonus" winnings issue.

This should also be shown on the weightings table, so that there is no doubt that 0% doesn't just mean "doesn't count" but can still be played, but means the game can't be played at all. With the 0% and "doesn't count", you are assuming that players won't bother playing those games because they are not working towards completion of WR. A recreational player does not necessarily have their focus 100% on making WR, and may accept that their play is not getting them any closer to making WR on these games. The max bet term already protects you against the tactic of making huge bets on 0% games purely in order to double the bankroll before switching to games that count. Betting 6.25 or less on a 0% game gives no advantage because the bet isn't big enough, yet still eats away at the balance due to the house edge whilst making no progress towards WR.

Ideally, the software needs to be developed such that games that should not be played become inaccessible to the player. A workaround (if the software allows it) is to have a configuration where the table max can be changed according to whether or not a bonus is in play, and setting the restricted games to a table limit of zero. They can still be accessed, but placing a bet would be impossible. I know Microgaming download supports this as I have seen it implemented at GoWild.

The bonus was applied as promised, customer support were helpful and friendly, and I've had good email correspondence after requesting a small withdrawal (documents accepted, told payment was processed and on its way to me). Deposited 50USD, got the bonus and sensationally enough (to be me) managed to reach almost 500 usd at the end of the wr. Waiting for withdrawal now. I noticed that a few games didn´t work properly (Hearts & Tarts, Arctic Fortune).
