Greetings from the RedRabbit!

lol, I suppose winning a lot is relative. For me, at Christmas, it's the difference of a good Christmas or a not so good Christmas; example, it would take a good chunk out of my bills to say, pay for my moms train down for the holidays or pick up a few nice gifts, rather than buy 'a' gift. I'm not a big roller so a nice win would go a looooong way over here.
Fantastic timing too, as the bf just graduated this week, started his new job from his placement on Monday, and funds will be beginning to flow around here, after 2 years of doing without ;)

Seems like a merry Christmas for you. Just make damn sure you dont give your winnings back at RR whatever the amount is.

lol, well, assuming I receive them, which noone knows yet lol. I'm happy to post some of the winning screenies, but seems pointless until I know if I won :p

Otherwise? Impressed so far with the rabbit....headache free deposit, good games selection, fast docs approval

Wont be pointless to post the screenies. Live chat already confirmed that playing DK wont void your winnings and given this is an MG casino and that RR wants to get a strong footing in the industry I am pretty sure you will get your winnings in good time. Now where the hell are the screenies?

They aren't there to protect them from abuse though, they are there because each time that you spin a progressive, you contribute to the jackpot and they "owe" the money to the network.

If they give you a bonus and you lose, it cost them nothing. But if everyone spins the progressives, win or lose, they have to pay.

It's swings and roundabouts though. When a player wins the progressive, the casino gets all the credit and a PR opportunity, but the network pays. It's a two way relationship in the long term, so there is no overall net outflow.

Besides, the progressive contribution comes out of the RTP, it does not eat into the 5% edge the house has.

The whole thing should be kept as an internal relationship between the operator and the network, and shouldn't affect the player by them having to worry about different terms that make no sense to someone not privvy to the commercial arrangments made between network and operator.

Casinos even lure players in by promoting these large jackpots, and this INCLUDES using the large progressives as part of the lure when emailing players the various bonus offers. Since progressives cannot be played on a bonus, they should play no part in any overall marketing package promoting a bonus offer on a deposit.

If the internal commercial arrangments don't work, renegotiate them so that they do, and players can be left out of the argument.

Just wanted to add some more feedback here: I've had three withdrawals from Red Rabbit and they were all processed extremely quickly and totally hassle-free. If they could just sort out their glitchy/laggy software issues then this would be a great MG casino!

After reading here tonight I am gonna try this casino. Hopefully it all goes as smoothly for me as you guys!

A bonus does cost the casino money - even if you lose. Often somewhere around 10 - 20% of any bonus a casino gives to you (depending on the provider and above an agreed threshold). So if you get a bonus of 100 euros and lose, the casino has to pay a percentage of that to the games provider.
You're right about progressives of course, the progressive percentage goes into the jackpot fund and is payable to the network so that they can cover the cost of the big win.
That's the reason many casinos are (misguidedly IMO) afraid of giving decent bonuses and freebies to players.

I just had a quick scan at the T+C. I would like to echo what was said earlier in this thread. Jay you did say afterwards "no predatory terms" are present. But what about this?

"definition

RedRabbit Casino deems promotion abuse to include but not to be limited to any of the following:
A.Receiving a promotion bonus then cashing in without demonstrating a reasonable degree of play (e.g. wagering the minimum amount required to fulfill requirements)"

it then goes on to state underneath possible penaltys for this are complete confiscation of bonus+winnings

I am sorry but if you want people to wager more then raise your wagering requirements. A wagering requirement is just that, the requirement. If its met then it is satisfied.

This is a very bad term and unfair term imo. Rep could you pass a comment on it please?

Already covered earlier in the thread dude :) (Albeit not answered as clearly as I'd like TBH.)

I tried this casino and lost my ass lol :( Try again tomorrow prob, once I have beaten you all in the poker tournament!

Crikey I never bust out of an MG casino so fast. Deposited 75 so had 162.50 to play with, played Megaspin BDBA 4 slot, 5P a line, had hundreds of spins and got ONE free spins the whole time! I know this is a higher variance slot, and it has dead patches with no freespins rounds, then you get a block of them, but I have never had one play as bad. Once I bust out, I tried another 50 on a lower stake this time not taking the bonus. Same again, and not one freespins round. Yes, it could be sheer bad luck that I just happened to hit the deadest patch I've seen in years on this slot at the same time I joined a new casino......but.......mmm

Then it blocked me from depositing the 3rd. time.

With all due respect dude, you picked what is probably the single highest variance slot that MG have on their books, and you played four of them at once from a very small bankroll, with a high collective stake across the four instances of the slot.

BDBA is not a 'higher variance' slot. As I believe Nifty quite correctly described it, it's an insanely high variance slot!

Even the lowest variance slots can deliver some really quite surprising peaks and troughs, as I've found out on my quest to hit a full screen of bars on Starburst. I've been playing it in blocks of 10,000 spins at €1 per spin, and at the end of each block I record my profit/loss for that block of spins.

At one end of the scale I've been €372 in profit, at the other end of the scale I've been €1888 down, that's a total variation from low to high of €2260 in just €10000 of wagering at €1 per spin on what is an incredibly LOW variance slot.

I don't mean this to sound rude, but your sample size on your session at RedRabbit is tiny to point of absolute insignificance, it really is. It would be on a very low variance slot, let alone a monster such as BDBA.

I may take on BDBA once I've finished with Starburst, I suspect the highs and lows it's capable of would be truly scary :)

Would just like to post, that both Jay and the redrabbit team emailed/pmed me and all is well. I'd like to thank them for their quick response and professional reply, while alleviating my concerns.
Will do a WD and get back to ya. Thanks again Jay and RR

Is it only for bonuses or you have to pay, at any time, a % of the money played to the software provider? If it's only for bonuses I don't really get it.

Got email , that they have problems with ecocard, and i can choose skrill instead. But i cant choose skrill, so wait until ecocard resolved, they promise tommorow. Will let you know ;)

Hi guys & girls,

In regard to how RedRabbit defines bonus abuse, as stressed by AC7X, ChopleyIMO, threescatters and others(thanks for the feedback guys), we will dedicate our next update making the T&C even clearer by modifying the confusing part. I will keep you up to date on the changes.

As for the full screen, our tech department is sorting it out. As soon as it's done, We'll let you know.

When it comes to lag, it usually depends on internet connection, however other factors are sometimes included. We are communicating with Microgaming on daily basis in order to create flawless environment and your posts are a welcome contribution.

We test games on all browsers and we didn't have issue with any specific browser. Games are built in a way that they can work on any browser. What we can recommend to a player who has problem with specific browser is to try to clear cookies and cache. That of course does not help everytime because problems can be related to the Operating System (different Windows versions).
We urge you to contact our Live support team and explain the problem to them. Based on their knowledge and experience they will try to solve your issue asap.

Dionysus(Gratz on the wins by the way!) mentioned Error Codes 1 & 2, Friday 30th. We experienced the error issue with some account for about hour and a half. Microgaming intervened and resolved the issue.

Homerbert glad that your case has been solved.

Ragarding your question, we do process withdrawals on weekends. But the fact is that weekend are busy and less people are in the Payments office. So can take couple hours more than usual. And of course for credit card withdrawals, funds are not released before Monday (even if they are processed from our side) because that part is up to the banks.

Thank you all for posting, and I hope the feedback keeps on coming. It is very appreciated.

Jay

Thanks for that Jay and please do not forget to do this (keep us updated), it is a very subjective term and unfair on the players.

I have made multiple deposits now lol, not managed to win anything but I have to say live chat were very helpful and everything went smoothly. Glad I found this thread and gave them a try.

One small thing, I couldnt get the game EAGLES WINGS to load (internet explorer browser)
