Joined today and made a deposit of 50€. Talked with support and they where very helpful and added a bonus.

I played the dark knight slot alot and my wagering never seemed to decrease so I asked support how much I have left to wager.
The support checked my account and told me that I played the dark knight alot and the bonus did not wager on progressive slots.

I had no idea about that and they could be sneaky about it and just say how much I have to wager and not mention progressive slots and let me lose it all, but they didn't.

Made a withdraw on 400€ just waiting for the cash to hit my neteller.

The thing was that the support told me that the wager did not work on progressive she did not say anything about I should not play on progressive.

I got a mail today:

Please note that system rejected your withdrawal request due to the fact that you had wagers on restricted games(The Dark Knight and Mega Moolah Isis).

These are Progressive games and belong to the group of games that are not permitted to play with the bonus money.
