Despite the horrible graphics and all I wanted to give their slots
a chance.
Only to find out the I'm playing at 5 times the denomination shown.


Live chat told me to write an email... looking how this works out.
Happened at accredited site slotsmagic.com


EDIT : Oh, if this doesn't get worked out I loose all my money
because I bet higher than allowed.
I'm really pissed right now. I hope I get some valid compensation.

Yep, it's actually Green Valley Gaming. The slots are utter shite agreed. Ninja and that awful route66 car one.

20hours later and haven't heard from customer support @ slotmagic.com

It's things like this that make me think of switching to brick and mortar even though
i <3 to play from home.
Also, if i'm informed correctly, the "spielotheken" that are close by (live in Germany) are
supposedly setting their slots to 65% RTP.
I never touched ( actually not wholly, true. waiting for a train i once put 2euro in such a slot a
Kebap vendor) them as of yet.. because of the criminal RTP.

I hope they reimburse and add a bonus to make up for this,
otherwise this was my last deposit there.



I guess I go back to my MG-only fave betway.
Yes, they're not the greatest in terms of bonus offers, though
if I ask they always offer a deposit bonus
