PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

I have had one hell of a time TRYING to deposit or even play at this entire group. I regularly make deposits with NO PROBLEM @ Bet on Soft with no issues and they're the same games. I know it's not exactly the same company but I believe they're connected in some way, maybe even if my affiliate usage.

at any rate, grand eagle and treasure mile (also I assume the others) have harangued me for "documents" of some sort to even make a deposit which I found odd b/c I have never played here. i wanted to and still sort of do but then one of the live chat reps told me "Negative information was found on you in a third party database" I am blown away (and a little creeped out) that they are researching players/potential players. Then I found out on several forums that this group actually does CREDIT CHECKS!!! IS THIS TRUE??? A) I will admit my credit is not the best, but it's not bad either. It's so so. B) I don't understand how it's RELEVANT. EX: I'm not trying to get a loan from the casino! and C) it seems inappropriate and invading others privacy.

I would like more info on this if someone could help clarify things. Marilyn, whom i chatted with kept insisting that an email was sent explaining thing or what documents to send (assuming I COULD PLAY) but I have NEVER RECEIVED ONE nor have I gotten an explanation of the negative info comment about me. After I asked her, she quickly terminated the chat and said 'sorry you will have to read the email' but there is NO EMAIL!!! this could be libel. i want to know what the heck is going on!!!! IS THIS CASINO GROUP ROGUED? I THINK THEY WERE @ SOME PT. BUT IT DOES SEEM PPL. PLAY THERE AND CLAIM THEY HAVE CASHED OUT. DOES ANYONE HAVE MORE INFO ON THIS GROUP OR EVER EXPERIENCE SIMILAR PROBLEMS?

DOES ANYONE PLAY THERE OR HAS ANYONE PLAYED THERE AND IF SO ARE THEY SHADY???? SAME GOES FOR BET ON SOFT? ANY AND ALL RESPONSES WOULD BE APPRECIATED. THANKS :)

Why are you using so many CAPS????

It's rude, comes across as shouting, and appears that you consider your post more important than anyone else's.

I'm sure someone with more tolerance of such things will assist you.

I would not take things so personally. Things don't always come across correctly via the interbet. I was not trying to come across as rude, haughty or anything of the sort. If anything, that sounds like your post. Sometimes I type in caps, it's merely to highlight a point. It's not meant to be insulting or "screaming". I would not be offended at all if anyone wrote in caps

;)

Cool. Just keep writing headings etc in caps and see if anyone else finds it rude.

It's a great way to make a first impression, along with insulting senior members who are trying to point out how things work around here.

If you have nothing to hide then send the documents. If you are on a negative database it is due to chargebacks or fraud at other casinos and nothing to do with credit checks. Apart from a miniscule minority, those on negative databases have done something dodgy somewhere. If they don't accept your documents, maybe you could try shouting in all caps, after all it isn't rude to do so right?

Typing in caps usually means the poster is yelling...

There are quite a few who frequent the BetonSoft casinos with no problems. To my knowledge they aren't rogued or even on the proceed with caution list, Bryan just hasn't looked into the group. Treasure Mile, Lucky Creek, Mandarin Palace are the main ones who have ever been mentioned, you can do a search, but I don't recall much negativity about them.

Also, I believe they are all within one group, so if you are having a problem with one casino you will have a problem with all...
(Someone can correct me if I am wrong on this please...:))

THANKS KSECH!!! Sorry for the confusion over yelling. If I were I would not have put a smiley face at the end of it. i am quite disturbed at the pretentiousness here on an online forum about gambling lol
also, I am NOT the rude one. thanks again for your response.

actually senior member (should I kiss your ass too) I have noticed that the majority of the titles here: DO INDEED START IN CAPS.
Some people choose (it appears) to make their text very large and bold which to me is no different and some like this memeber write in caps as well:

BEWARE POPSTARSBINGO.COM NOT PAYING OUT AT THE MOMENT, HAVEN'T MADE THIS FACT OBVIOUS ON THEIR SITE AND HAVEN'T E-MAILED THEIR MEMBERS TO WARN THEM, BAD PRACTICE AND POSSIBLE CASH-FLOW PROBLEM OR SCAM.

however, I notice that you weren't rude to this person. if you don't have something nice to say why say it at all?

Right. I know they claim they are not affiliated in any way to grand prive casino's which is odd considering they have identical software. however, despite accusations from commenter, I have NEVER had a problem @ bet on soft regarding chargebacks, bonus issues or anything of that nature. I play at all bet on soft and have not had the issue that has arisen @ grand eagle or treasure mile.

Also, you do know that according to Casinomeister ALL prive casino's are in the Rogue Pit right? is that outdated info do you think?

Alissa28, don't pay any mind to Nifty he needs to start mess to feel important. Even after you explained why you used the caps, he still had nastiness come out of his mouth!

Anyway, they are not rogued, but as of late something weird is going on with the games and very low payout. Maybe it will change soon, but been playing there for more than a 1 year and something has changed!

You can contact the rep Anna at Treasure Mile and see if she can help you. Good Luck!

thanks again. I inboxed you as well :)

I have read in other forums that this group is rumored to do credit checks. do you know if that is true. seems kind of strange. at any rate, you never have been asked to send in docs before you even played?

thanks again

Not sure about the credit checks, but if they do then they should of put a warrant out for my arrest for my credit:lolup::lolup::lolup:

No I have never been asked to provide docs before playing!

Grand Prive are rogued not because they are BetonSoft, it was for issues way prior to that. They are definitely a group you want to steer clear of.

As a derail....
As with real life, there will be people you will meet that you will just NOT like. Such will be forum life. You have several choices, 1) You will get along, 2) you won't get along and you will ignore each other or 3) you won't get along and postings become bashfests which derails threads and causes "vacations/timeouts" and gets threads closed.

Regarding you first comment on Grand Prive: The only REAL issues I am privy to with this group were affiliate issues and no offense but that really does no impact whether I play there or not. I have heard no real argument on why (at this point in time) they would still be rogued. There are myriad people who play there and appear to cash out in a timely matter. That's what i care about when I play at said casino.
do you have info that I do not have about why they are so bad? if so, i would really like to know since I have been playing there for some time.

regarding your second comment: I would prefer to ignore the situation because I am not interested in petty internet drama. In the scheme of life, it's insignificant.
I came on here, asked a question and got attacked. apparently I am not the ONLY one this person is rude to, what is sad is that it persists and no one does anything about it.

@ Slotjunkie: I was just informed that this casino group in question (genesys group) DOES do credit checks!!!! who does that? I'm shocked and feel like that is very inappropriate.
The live chat person "Dean" urged me to 're read" the T & C'S which i did and was pretty taken aback by some of the "rules". I have never seen on any other casino T &C's that your winnings are subject to taxation!!!! lol.

Also, i prodded him about the "negative info on me from 3rd party source" and all he said was I was 'blacklisted" by "other casino's". I am very confused. To my knowledge I have never been banned by any casino in my life!!! there was ONE incident years ago with the English Harbour group where I got locked out of one of my accounts but that was promptly sorted out and I played there again, for years. Never any other problems. Despite that, what the hell does a credit check have to do with other casino's? nothing casino related is on my credit report and like I said it's not like I'm asking for a loan!
the whole thing seems shady. I have never had any kind of issue like this anywhere and like someone mentioned IF THAT WAS TRUE, why have I never had issues at prive?

They said i could possibly rectify this by sending in all these documents. i have no problem doing this but I am not going to because at this point, i do not trust them, period. I have done nothing wrong to be penalized. Also, get this, you said you were never asked for documents before you even played there right?
dean said: Everyone who plays here is asked for all documents before playing here.
i don't believe him.

I wish you good luck in life's endeavors, I have nothing more to add to this thread...

Again, no real argument on WHY grand Prive is sooooooooo rogue. You simply dismissed the question. It is sad to see that as a new member to THIS forum the people here are: rude, passive agressive, take things too personally, are unhelpful and responses ate utterly useless save for "SlotJunkie"

wow

Geez some of you need a chill pill, you read way to much into peoples posts and then attack for no reason.

With the grand prive issue, If they can run off with affiliates money what's to say they wont skip town with yours.

It's an issue of trust and integrity not how the casino is operating now.

If you have not read it yet then THIS would be an interesting read for you.

Calm down, all. Let's have a do over.

I have played at all the BetonSoft casinos at one time or another. Have cashed out at several, one of which was Treasure Mile, on a free chip each time. That said, I don't remember sending any documents out of the ordinary, e.i. driver's license, utility bill etc. but it's been a while since I was verified so they could have changed verification processes. As for running credit checks, I can say that they didn't run one on me. I get my credit reports so I know who is looking. They could be running verification with Telecheck or something like that possibly instead of an actual credit check because whether or not you pay your bills on time would be none of their business.

Are they requesting out of the ordinary verification documents? If it is something you don't feel comfortable producing, then don't and write them off. If you really, really want to play there, then you will have to give them what they want.

I've played at Eagle and Treasure Mile - I like the games, but as someone else stated, the payouts have gotten too low, so I'm not depositing again until that changes.

100% agree with both these posts. Spot on.

I too was verified a long time ago, and nothing out of the ordinary....except for the fact that they wanted to call me as part of the verification process, but no big deal (The verification process was actually smoother with Grand Prive...sent my docs and gave them a call, 5 minutes later I was good to go.).

But I feel both the Grand Prive group (speaking in terms of their BetOnSoft days) and the Geneyes group have both gone downhill this year. Payouts are lower, the terms are more player unfriendly, and the loyalty program not nearly as good as it used to be.

On a side note, I have never understood why people get so uptight about typing in CAPS. It is entirely possible that some people don't know the "unwritten rule" of typing in CAPS being rude/shouting. Also some people might have poor eyesight.

You did come out "swinging" and overly harsh wording + the all CAPS doesn't start you off on the right foot.

I have only been playing at Treasure Mile for a short time simply as an alternative to Top Game and RTG, and Rival -- nice variety and change of pace.

I have a pending withdrawal and they have been informative and helpful. I feel "good" about the site and usually my radar goes up pretty quickly if there is a hint of a problem. I like the casino and think you should chill and just do as they ask. If you don't want to comply, then move on to another casino.

We have had many infrequent or new posters pop up lately just to trash one casino or another, it isn't pretentiousness, it's irritation IMO.

Quick to squeal -- wanting instant answers and trashing casinos irritate the heck out of me on these posts. So right or wrong, I didn't like your tone either.

Now having said that --- my advice FWIW -- is settle down, and wait and see what happens.

i don't believe him.

I have registered with casinos, deposited and then been "locked" out briefly until a phone verification could be done on my registration information. It's not that unusual and I understood the business reason behind it.

Any business has the right to require a credit check before extending credit --- just like you have the right to refuse to do business with that merchant. Given the large amount of credit card chargebacks, etc in the industry, candidly I am surprised more sites don't do that.

IMO

"Come out swinging" what the hell are you talking about?? is anyone nice or normal here????

this all started when "NIFTY29" who appears to have a bad rap with others (not to mention his countless degrading posts) starting jumping all over me for nothing. The pretentious comment had NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU.
A) I am not "squealing"
b) at this pt. I don't care about answers and was not expecting anything instant
c) I was not trashing ANY casino's. I was stating FACTUAL info that I was given and can back up. And my tone? You don't know me. I don't know you. It would be virtually impossible to know anyone's "tone", body language or anything else over a PC screen

Advice to you and your cronies: All of YOU need to "chill", stop making JUDGMENTS UPON PEOPLE whom you don't even know, or know their intentions and actually be friendly instead of assholes.

and like another member pointed out who cares about CAPS USAGE. If writing nasty things to people on forums all day is what you chose to partake in that's fine. I don't. My life is not casino's and casino forums and I could care less about trite petty bullshit such as this.

I thought this would be a decent forum but evidently not as most of you appear to have a screw loose.

Wow, Wow, Wow! Credit Checks:what:

I did NOT have to send in any docs before playing!!! They will tell you anything and have told players many, many different stories to the same question!

How are they extending credit? Are you speaking of a "bonus?" Everyone doesn't use bonuses...
