Looks to be Mandarin Palace/Treasure Mile casino's, same terms, invitation only on the terms, they have a N/D $100 chip that worked for me.

I just went to the site and the $100 free ND bonus is posted for the public, downloaded the casino and claimed the chip in the cashier under bonus tab, the bonus code is GE100LM, 40x playthrough and other restrictions. Thanks for the heads up, always gotta love a free chip :)

got the 100 bonus..like the games ...different;;

Very interesting, but i've not found any rule about the max cashout of this bonus, or if this bonus is also cashable?

However, nobody is there allowed to play, only with personal invitation!

"Support: I see that your account is under review, as such you will temporarily be unable to play at the casino at this time. There is a valid reason for your account not being activated. As we are a new casino, currently the casino is only targeting a specific audience of players. At the moment we are not accepting registrations for players that are not on the list.
As your account is not on this list, it has been placed under review. I assure you that should the casino decide to accept all players, you will receive an email to invite you to play at the casino. I apologize for the inconvenience. Our Marketing Department, are working on future campaigns so please be patient with us.
I am sure it will only be a matter of time before you receive an offer from our Marketing Department to try out the casino. I look forward to having the privilege of welcoming you to the casino in the near future. We do sincerely appreciate your patience in this regard."

Got also an email:

"Thank you for your interest in Grand Eagle Casino.

The casino is currently open to players by INVITATION ONLY.
Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your details on our invitation list, and your account will therefore remain under review.

If you did receive an invitation from us, and you believe this to be an error, then please contact us at ******@****** and we will be able to verify your invitation and clear your account.

We thank you for your patience in this regard and hope to see you walking the talk soon at Grand Eagle Casino.

Kind regards,

Andrew Blake

Hi I just downloaded and got the message that my account is under review. WTF, if casinos want customers this isn't the way to go about it. I think I will just uninstall and play at casinos that actually want customers.

@osulle, why have you not read my posting one above yours? ;)
Downloaded prior to reading it and that is beside the point. Customer service is key in any business and this kind of tactic in my opinion is tacky and comes off as being snobbish.

i did not have an invite...i went to the casino downloaded and put in the bonus code...and am still playing...with no invite...no message saying account under review

It is right in the terms "by invitation only", saying that if you are in one of their email databases that is your invite. Also the terms read max w/d of $500 on no dep bonuses.

Hmm, well maybe my email is in their data base since I have tried Mandarin Palace out previously. I did play the $100 free chip last night, didn't come out with anything of course. But I wonder why this platform is so slow running, Mandarin Palace played the same way? It is very tiring waiting for the spins to complete. They do have some great slots though. Doubtful that I will deposit there, only because of the slow performance of the slots.

Runs VERY slow on my PC - not sure if its a RAM or graphics problem.

The following was from their website promo page 2 days ago when I played. Today it has changed but what seems for good reason. I really enjoyed playing and although only a few slots, I am going to throw my money their way for a change. Things could only improve.

I'm going to guess this is the same group as Madarin Palace and Treasure Mile. Same certification, same basic web site, same registrar, practically same IP block. So I'm guessing there coming out under several names to give people that final "lucky" site to join so they can get money from you. From what I've read they seem rather friendly and do pay out quick when you request a withdrawal from them. My only issue is the slow playing slots, I even made a comment in chat my machine wasn't the only one. After asking if they were going to eventually fix it and kept getting the same canned response that it works on "every" machine. I just gave up and uninstalled the casino.

On xxxhttp://www.grandeaglecasino.com/whygrandeagle.html it lists transparency, also being clear and open.

However their whois shows a domain only registered for 2 years and that domain using a Global Domain Privacy service.

In addition they claim on this page xxxhttp://www.grandeaglecasino.com/responsible_gaming.html they use ICRA filtering. But I've checked their source code and that's no where to be found. (should be placed in the header of every page).

Also the seal next to the RNG test seal...trying to look official but is this a fake?
Seem strange if they are Government licensed why they'd use a domain privacy service.

I'd say Madarin Palace is owned by the same crowd.
They also claim to use ICRA filtering which is no where to be found either.
Both casinos use identical gaming software and RNG testing to name a few.

Cheers

Dave

I got an invite too

Looks like this thread is heating up again, because they have sent out another round of invites....

I thank everyone for their previous posts, and I will try out the software when I get a couple hours to do so....

I will post again if anything unusual happens...

I just got the CD, and cashed out $300. Got a lot of nice hits, and played for HOURS. Have not done that in a long time. Could have cashed out 1k, but owell was having fun. Now to see if they pay!

I received a CD yesterday from Grand Eagle with $100.00 ND bonus.

Any confirmation one way or the other with this site????

Still sitting in pending after 48 hours. Live chat said they did not get my documents. We tried a ton of test mails, said they were not getting them. They got a tech guy in, and suddenly got receipt for all the emails I sent, so it really was down. Still sitting in pending though.

This "by invitation only" thing bothers me a bit. It gives the impression that a) they have obtained a list of players from somewhere b) they only really want players who are known losers and/or c) they have very limited funds.

Also the domain whois privacy that AussieDave mentions is a big red flag.

I'd tread very carefully and always remember you are giving your personal and financial information to someone you've never heard of before, you don't know and who wants to remain anonymous. If you saw someone on the news who'd been ripped off or had been a victim of identity theft under these circumstances you'd probably shake your head, roll your eyes and think "well, d'uh!" ;)
