@bruinsdude: I am sorry to hear that you are upset and I apologize for any misunderstanding. However, as it was explained in chats and in the private messages we exchanged, most promotions are available in the "Special offers" tab, yet we occasionally have other special bonuses that have to be claimed from our support team. The email containing the 30% offer mentioned the fact that it was supposed to be claimed from our support team, as well as the fact that it could not combine with any other offer. However, you had already claimed a different bonus (20%) from the "Special offers" tab when you contacted the support team and asked about the rules of that bonus.
So in the chat the support agent was trying to explain the requirements for the bonus that you had claimed and the fact the email promoting it was for 20%, not 30%, while also letting you know that the 20% and 30% were separate offers, with separate rules and requirements. I also see that an exception was made in the end and the extra 10% was added to your account by our support team.
