Thank you for the ongoing feedback.

- jshort: Please PM me with your account information and i will check everything for you. For faster and fee-free withdrawals we recommend using ewallets such as Skrill or Neteller. You can see the full list of ewallets we offer Old / Expired Link.

Sorry for the late response. PM sent.

thanks again GoWild

another good day on GoWild

$75 AUS with $75 bonus
just pulled out $800 AUS

mainly played Beach Babes and Isis. both games are crap if you get them at the wrong time but are in my opinion awesome when they are in a good mood.
Found if i bet $1.50 all the time i definitely seem to do better.
Tried that Game of Thrones a little but it is CRAP!

Love the 100% bonus GoWild give me every Sunday (although the 50x wagering is excessive compared to other casino's)

Still i can't complain as i have done very well out of them in the last few months!

There was the upset about the competition they had with CR who could send the most emails :)

Nether the less it was one of my first casinos to play and I do not remember if I ever had a withdraw but had no trouble there, Talking some time back now & if things are on the up than it can only be for the best,

Talking about emails I not seen any? Now come to realise it maybe because I'm in the UK, Also I always come across the term (MEGA SPIN SLOTS) in rules? Can any person please shred some light on what the hell they mean about mega spin,

I wish you all the best gowild,

Hello everyone,

@spintee: MegaSpin games are a type of slot machines that allow you to play that game 4,6 or 9 times at once. For example MegaSpin Break da Bank Again allows you to play 4 independent games of Break da Bank Again at the same time, on the same screen.

I hope that clarifies everything, yet in case you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Regards,
Gia

Been rather active here the last few days. Customer service is great, promotions are innovative and plentiful, still waiting for a cash out to live the full experience, came close with a $500 hit on a $1.50 bet yesterday, but the money grubbing gremlins took over and killed my session real fast LOL. I should have walked at $600, but alas I played it all and had a blast doing it!~

Only knock so far, is on mobile..... there is no option for Live Chat, and the only telephone numbers listed are long distance, not toll free. Never seen that before, likely an oversight from last decade before telephone calls became cheap. Gia how about a live chat option for mobile players? Most casinos have that.

Hello everyone,

@bruinsdude: Thank you for pointing that out. Right now calls to our customer support numbers are charged at standard operator rates, and you can consult your service providers for specific details. Yet players who use our mobile casino are more than welcome to contact our chat support team 24/7 on a mobile application called Viber. Our Viber number is +1-604-757-1028.

However, we have been working on improving our communication channels to ensure our members have easy access to information wherever they are, so your feedback is much appreciated and will be brought forward to management for review.

Have a great day!

Regards,
Gia

i play at gowild sometimes... had a couple very nice wins (around 600 and 700 on 25 deposit)
they have a lot of nice bonus offers. if i wanna play for at least a couple hours, and not pay a lot,
i take a bonus (100 fs on g.o.t. or deck the halls for example) and with min buy in of 20 euro that means 150 %...
payouts could be faster all though for a mg casino its on par.

the only thing i dont like is the way the remaining wagering recquirements are shown. i like to know exactly where i'm at. if i need to wager 2000 euro, i would like to see after 1 spin for 1 euro, that i have 1999 to go.

if they would payout in weekends and within 12 hours if deposit was made via non-charge back-sensitive method like e wallets and bank transfers, this would become my only MGS based, goto casino

You would of thought in this high tec world than one should be in place,

Hello everyone,

@michielm1 and @spintee: Thank you for your feedback. We are working on adding features such as viewing the remaining wagering requirements in the casino account, yet for the time being our support team will be more than happy to inform our members of these things. So please feel free to contact them on Livechat, email or phone 24/7, as often as you need information regarding wagering requirements or other matters.

Have a nice day!

Gia

I found that while clearing my playthrough, I had a good sense of where I was at, by simply going to the main casino page, hovering the cursor over the balance, and it says how much you have left to clear to the nearest $10 increment. Not as precise as some NetEnt casinos I have seen, but not a huge deal IMO. Been playing for the past week pretty regular here, no cash outs yet, but nothing really problematic to report with any of the processes. This will be my first 100 free spin Wed, maybe that will turn the tide :)

I never played this casino and I have no reason to do in the future.

But I have sh*tloads of e-mails from affiliates promoting the casino, today I have 37 free spins, hippyayee:sniper:

Very poor showing

I have had nothing but problems the past week with this group. They weren't able to get me email offers, so a rep had to tell me the offer over chat.

I wont bore everyone with the full chat transcript, but a rep told me that I could have one offer for 72 hours, yet her colleagues refused to honor what was in chat. I let that go, I did not post about it, I moved on and tried again, and again, and again.

Now today, I open my emails and get the following from Go Wild:

Hi James,

I’ve prepared an exclusive bonus just for you! Receive a 30% Bonus on all deposits in the next 3 days!

Getting your bonus is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. Log into GoWild Casino, your account number is vgwr**********
2. Make a deposit of 30 or more.
3. Before playing, come on Live Chat to claim your bonus.

When I do go on live chat, this is what I am told, and proceeded to argue with support for 20 minutes.

Here are some higlights:

Can i speak to Martin Blake please, i just want to figure out why he is offering me 30% on all my deposits, when clearly 20% is the best offer on my account. I feel violated yet again by the Go Wild machine
Me: i have had more headaches and false promises than i care to discuss here today, it's really really bad
Deborah: Martin Blake is a colleague from our marketing department and he is not available to chat
Me: ok how do i reach him to tell him that the offer is bogus?
Deborah: I have seen the email sent by him and it doesn't say you can get a 30% bonus

After fighting for another 20 minutes, several gray hairs later, the chat rep is slowly coming around to making an "Exception" for this one deposit, but not for 72 hours as promised. Same thing they did last week.

People can play where they want, but frankly I would not recommend this casino group to anyone.

Ps. the rep never bothered adding the 30% it was left at 20%, nice touch!

Hi everyone,

I hope you are all enjoying the holidays.

@gagamel: I apologize for any inconvenience. We would like to investigate to see which affiliate is sending you the emails. Therefore could we please move the conversation to private messages for now?

@bruinsdude: I am sorry to hear that you are upset and I apologize for any misunderstanding. However, as it was explained in chats and in the private messages we exchanged, most promotions are available in the "Special offers" tab, yet we occasionally have other special bonuses that have to be claimed from our support team. The email containing the 30% offer mentioned the fact that it was supposed to be claimed from our support team, as well as the fact that it could not combine with any other offer. However, you had already claimed a different bonus (20%) from the "Special offers" tab when you contacted the support team and asked about the rules of that bonus.

So in the chat the support agent was trying to explain the requirements for the bonus that you had claimed and the fact the email promoting it was for 20%, not 30%, while also letting you know that the 20% and 30% were separate offers, with separate rules and requirements. I also see that an exception was made in the end and the extra 10% was added to your account by our support team. I hope that clarifies everything, yet in case you have any other questions, please feel free to contact our support team, they will be happy to assist you.

Happy Holidays!

Gia let me get this straight. You are saying that I didn't receive the email for 30% and went asking for it in live chat as the instructions indicated? You, as most of the staff have been, are confused. You say the "fact the email promoting it was for 20% not 30%". I have posted above part of the 30% email, and can re-send you the entire thing. Your staff, and now you, are denying it's existence, and seem to pat yourselves on the back when you make an "exception" to honor what was offered in the first place. Deal dodging casinos are the worst kind IMO.

Just so you know, you and Kalina both said you would honor the extra 10% as an "exception" It was never granted. Did you even check??? I had to mention it to chat host Ingrid when collecting my spins, wait a half an hour on chat, and finally have it added by her.

@ Gia:

In the bonus terms of Gowild it says:

4.1.The player's use of any of the Casino bonuses is subject to our review for irregular playing patterns. To ensure fair gaming and the proper use of bonuses, we consider low margin betting, equal betting, zero risk bets or hedge betting to be irregular gaming when deployed to exploit bonuses. Further examples of irregular playing patterns also include, but are not limited to:
(i) placing single or multiple bets of a value of 20% or more of the bonus amount awarded on any single game, individual hand, or round, building a balance and significantly changing play patterns (bet size, game types, bet structures, etc.) in order to meet the bonus playthrough requirements (this rule does not apply to balances of 20 or less);
(ii) placing large bets that result in a substantial gain followed by a drop in bet size equal to or more than 75% of the previous average bets until the bonus playthrough requirements have been met

Unquote.

I understand that one is not allowed to bet 20% or more of the bonus amount. A rule like that is common in online casinos.

But it also says one is not allowed to change the bet size more than 75% of the previous average bets. I find this rule strange and I wonder if it is fair towards the player.

Do you enforce this rule? I mean do you confiscate winnings just because players play with a bonus and they change the bet size or the game they play?

I guess I should give my two cents since I've already posted and played at GoWild;

MyVerdict: Probably shouldn't be accredited (just yet).

Honestly, I believe GoWild's heart is in the right place. I can't believe one player here even had the gonads to play and win over $2000 on the progressive MegaMoolah while a bonus was in play (strictly against T&Cs of almost any casino) and yet GOWILD LET HIM KEEP HIS WINNINGS! Just one example of how its obvious that GoWild must be trying fairly hard to keep its customers happy.

However its not enough to desire to be "liked". You need organization, planning, smart employees etc......I've had a couple of problems with them on some minor things. The first was the $25 fee for using SWIFT. Not a big deal, however they never mentioned it on the withdrawal page. 2nd for me was similiar to another player posted above. I got an email for a bonus offer and it took me considerable time on chat before I could get it (I believe the other poster here didn't get it).

FYI: There are already some mediocare accred casino's at CM. Is GoWild any less organized then RedFlush or Wintingo? If they do meet the threshold for accreditation, then they just barely do.

It is a pity that the rep of GoWild has not posted anymore since the 24th of December which was six days ago. Gia, please come back and respond to the last posts.

Its xmas and holidays :)

But can see where your coming from, casino is a 24 operation so I would of thought that there would be some movement, I no there is q few reps active & much appreciated

And I have discovered another term that is at least questionable:

Old / Expired Link

2.4 Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms of Service. The most current version of the Terms of Service can be reviewed by clicking on the T&C's hypertext link located on the Sites. Your continued use of the Site after a change or update has been made to the Terms of Service will constitute your acceptance of such change or update.

Unquote.

Gia, does that mean that you do not inform your players about it when you change the terms? And if a player violates the new terms you might not pay him? Even though he accepted the old terms when he signed up but not the new terms about which you did not inform him? I think that would not be fair.

Link is not right for me as in U.K, But been threads about terms changed on many of sites and person lost money due to that, Argument was that was the term changed before the deposit made? Nether the less it would be good to for an email if any thing does change, As people have not got time to keep reading rules every time they play, Certainly me when my reading is not good, It can turn in to a few hours trying to read, I used to try reading terms on sites and had a good laugh at some of the rules, But would be good to no when sertain bits are changed, Not just a pop up to agree with terms

Happy New Year!

Hello everyone,

Happy new year from GoWild Casino, and may 2015 be a lucky year for all of you!

GoWild Casino

Hi everyone,

Thank you for your continuous feedback and my apologies for the delay. I was out of the office during the holidays, yet now I am back and I would love to answer your questions.

@fritz: 1st post regarding our "review for irregular playing patterns."- We generally enforce these rules, yet we look at the overall play, not at just a single bet, in order to determine if there is a certain repeating pattern or just an occasional occurrence. So it is not all black and white and our team makes sure not to enforce these terms without legitimate reasons.

2nd post regarding the term "2.4 Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms of Service." - Rest assured, when there are major changes in our Terms and Conditions we notify our players. Moreover, our promotional campaigns generally use the standard T&C, and whenever there is any promotion-specific rule, that will be mentioned in that promotion's page as well as in the promotional email. Yet since we are unable to guarantee that each of our members will read those notifications, it is recommended to review them from time to time, just to make sure you are aware of them. And in case you are unsure about any terms, please do not hesitate to contact our support team and they will be able to clarify them or advise you as to whether there have been any recent changes that you should be aware of.

@jshort: The fee that is applied for direct bank transfer withdrawals is clearly mentioned in our bank/cashier page when our members submit a withdrawal request. However, for fee-free withdrawals we offer a multitude of other options, such as Old / Expired Link. As for the bonus issue you mentioned, please feel free to send me a private message and I can look into it for you.

Wish you all a very lucky new year and all the best for 2015. Please do not hesitate to contact me or our support team should you have any other inquiries.

Regards,
Gia

If you are receiving spam from their affiliates, please forward copies of the spam to the rep here so they can identify the affiliate tag and take the appropriate action

Other than that, are we good to go here? Their BBF time has expired.
