Nice to see them here on trial once again, just played with them recently after a long absence.

Anyway it says that "some bonus terms have changed to the better", not quite sure which these were but there are still some Promotional terms which are a bit irritating and very original for me, compared to other mg casinos:

Besides their bonuses holding a 50x wr which is pretty high i would like to highlight the following rules:

    count 100% for wr

This is cited from the playthrough contribution page, so all slots that have a progressive (like the dark knight etc.) count 0% and playing themcan jeopardize your winnings, even palying "mega spins bdba" can put you into the same situation

Not only they do count 0% for bonus wr, BUT them counting 0% also puts them in gowilds "non-permitted" games.

So they could always apply this rule here on their! behalf and deny! payouts:

This is very uncool i think and only causes confusion, as iam sure there will be many players who overrread this, as its also not in any way the standard procedure in mg powered casinos. You can always play all games the just count a different %, but gowild gives itself the benefit to deny winnings if smb played any spin on a jackpot slot while a bonus is active.

In my opinion they should get rid of this term.

MGS removed the fruit machines in May, so how come this term has not been rewritten to avoid confusion from players either looking for, or avoiding (as in Lucky Darts), games that no longer exist.

Excluding slot games from a generic "all slots count......" terms creates a contradiction due to the misuse of the word "all". Progressive slots are in the minority, but they are so heavily marketed that they have become key games for some players, who just see them as normal slots with a very big top payout. Given the lowered RTP of the base game, it's likely to be recreational players that end up playing them with a bonus when they shouldn't. The advantage players would be looking for non progressive games with a decent level of variance so that they can score a nice hit, and then make WR with a profit, but doing their best to stay under the radar. Winning a progressive is NOT how you stay under the radar.

There should also be a clear max allowed bet term, one that does not create silly situations when a player is down to their last few credits, but is also not too low that recreational players can easily stray over it when having a run of luck.

I recall that years ago the max coin allowed would be reduced automatically if there was a bonus in play, and this severely limited the max bet possible. I recall slots like Thunderstruck being dropped to a max bet of £11.25 with a bonus in play from the usual £45 default due to max coin being £1 normally, but only 25p with a bonus. Other slots were similarly affected.

    50x wagering on bonuses too!!

Gee I remember the 'good old days' Go Wild was one of the first MGS downloadable casinos I joined and played at regularly and their wagering was 29x just trying to 'Go' that little bit better than most casinos which were mainly set @ 30xbonus back then.

How about getting a UK licence :p ???

Did you guys have W/D confiscated etc? or have I got wrong end of the stick. I made loads of W/D with Go Wild (yonks ago) was well 'up' on the casino and always got my cash outs (played with a bonus and / or free spins almost every time too) so no bad experiences (Cant play now anyway as they've pulled out UK and migrated acct's to 32 Red)

Ps: What happened to their CS in Serbia few years back :p

I would also like to answer some of the questions and feedbacks:

    - Yes, max bet limit will be applied when there is bonus in the balance. The limit is set to 20% of the bonus amount received if the bonus is higher than 10 credits (or 100 for SEK and NOK).

This happened to me a couple weeks ago. Made my first deposit and played mega spin BDBA. I had to read the terms a second time before I realized my mistake. In anycase, I deposited $20, cashed out around $160 and they didn't confiscate my winnings so I'm glad about that :) .......For some reason only $105 landed in my bank so someone's been charging me HUGE bank fees :eek2:

    Hi there Gia

Do you still offer fast withdrawals?

It seems there's no longer reference to the "Fast track" (?) payment program on your website.
    Do you offer weekend payments?

    How about reversing withdrawals.
In the past you could never decide on flushing or not

    Thanks.

This casino is one of the worst spammers I have seen, I get like 10 emails a day from them and they even call me and send me texts!.

I am glad this thread came up as I was going to start one about these issues.

If they are bugging people this much that means the casino is in trouble and makes me NOT want to play there and I think accrediting them will be a mistake IMO.

    Hello everyone,

Thank you for the ongoing feedback.

    - jshort: Please PM me with your account information and i will check everything for you. For faster and fee-free withdrawals we recommend using ewallets such as Skrill or Neteller. You can see the full list of ewallets we offer You must register/login in order to see the link..

    - Max withdrawal limit of 100 only applies to free no deposit bonuses.

    - Fast Cash program: We have removed this program and now everyone can enjoy fast cashouts without any prior conditions. As mentioned above using eWallet will speed up your withdrawal significantly.

    - Reversing withdrawals: The option is available to all our players up until the point where we start processing the funds, which usually takes a few hours during business hours. Players can choose to reverse or permanently “push” they cashin by asking our 24/7 support team to “Flush” their cashin.

    - Emails: We try to keep our promotional emails to a minimum, while still making sure that our members are informed of our special promotions, which can change every day to satisfy every gaming need. So slotmaster, could you please send me your username in a PM so I can investigate this? Perhaps you are getting emails/SMS from third party sites, yet I would still like to look into this and try to remedy it for you.

    - mrjones and davdav5678, please don't hesitate to PM me with some more details about the issues you experienced. I see you are located in the UK, so you no longer have an account with us, yet I would still like to clear the air if possible.

    - Weekend processing: Unfortunately due to limitations from our processing company, we are only able to process during business hours. Weekend cashout will be processed on the next business day.

    Regards,
    Gia

    Hi Gia, welcome back!

GoWild has been my first ever online casino experience, so I can say that you got me hooked ;)

Anyway, that's been 4 or 5 years ago, that account have been dormant ever since (I try to stick with bookies sites and our casinos here at CM).
I might go back for a few spins, now you're trying to get back on board.

Sent you a PM, and good luck with BBF

I appreciate GoWild has clearly been given a rough ride by some players who have allegedly been handed a rough ride by GoWild themselves. They are a brand I visited now and again over the past few years and even though I am based in the UK and can't play there it is always good to see a familiar brand that was seemingly down and out make a return to the big stage. Hopefully, its players and the casino itself enjoy a more harmonious relationship this time around.

    happy with GoWild here

    Hi all
Just wanted to say that i have been happy with GoWild
I had a great win of $1000 AUS followed by another $3500 AUS a week later about 2 months ago.
    Used 100% bonus both times!

After reading this thread feel i may have been lucky they didn't rip me off!
Both times i played Mega Moolah Isis a fair bit as i didn't realise that this game didn't count for my bonus play. (yes i never read the bonus rules)
Was before i joined this forum and started to learn what to do and not to do.
Seems that i may have been lucky my winnings were not voided?

Anyways payout back to my visa card seemed a little slow at first because i had to verify my id but the second payout took about three days which is still slower than i would like but was what i expected.

They even sent me emails both times congratulating me on being a winner! hehe

I keep getting awesome bonus offer every week and have had no issues with the casino at all once i was verified.

So all up, one happy punter here!:):):)

    Hello everyone,

And once again thank you for your support and continuous feedback.

@snotter999, regarding the matter of playing mega moolah while having a bonus in balance, we always make sure to clearly state in our Terms and Conditions which games can be played while having a bonus to fulfill the wagering requirements.

However, we also understand that the bonus terms & conditions can be lengthy and sometimes players might not thoroughly read them or they might simply forget a few details when switching between casinos. Therefore we try to be as flexible as possible and make exceptions in these cases, especially when it is someone's first cashins.

    Regards,
    Gia
