Hello everyone,
I am new here and I would have hoped never to post a complaint on this forum. I would like to share an awful experience at GoWild casino as I did a withdrawal of 12202 euros on the 17th of March and did not get paid.
I deposited 200 euros and received a bonus of 200 euros. After that I played the cashapillar slot and I was really lucky to win something big. As I had wagered the bonus completely (only by playing slots, as I don't really am into other games) I did a withdrawal.
I was so happy with my winnings (as everyone can imagine), and I waited a couple of days before my winnings would get paid. But after 5 days the nightmare begins as I received this email:

Please note that during the review of your account our Fraud Department came across couple more accounts that are linked.
During the check and comparison of data with our processing company we have detected fraudulent activity on your account.
Please note that all your accounts have been locked and any future linked account will be block instantly.

I have never ever played at this casino before, and I have no friends who I know or what so ever who also play at this casino. Next to that, I have emailed them a couple of times to please explain what is happening, but they just do not reply to any email!! I tried to wait patiently and went to the live chat almost every day, and they keep saying to me that I have to wait for a reply from the finance department. Are they just coming up with reasons not to pay people? If I could advice, people stay away from this casino!
Now it has already been a month since my withdrawal and I don't know what to do. I was so happy to win something big, but it turned out into a nightmare. Please people, can someone advise me what to do? I have no clue what to do.
