Good converstaion with a Club World Casino

So the last 2 days I have had a good conversation with a Club World owned Casino as they emailed me wondering why I have not played in a while.

I thought it was new owners? This customer service rep is saying it's the original owners since 11 years ago and that any confusion/issues with forums are being looked after and the payouts have never been faster and higher to players.:rolleyes:

If any of this was true we would have heard updates from casinomeister.

The rep lied, sort of. CWC was a partnership with one party running the show -- and making it the great success that we all knew and loved -- and the other partners were silent and most definitely not involved in any of the day-to-day operations.

There was a falling out between the partners. The partner running the show was pushed out and the silent partners took over. Things did not go well from that point forward: Club World Casino Review, Rogue Operation - Casinomeister

So yes, technically there may have been some continuity from before and after the transition. In practical terms though the entire CWC team -- anyone that players or industry people would have known or dealt with -- left the company. The disinformation that you were given is typical of the new management's style at CWC.
