in the second the player was refused winnings (1900 pounds) by Grand Mondial because he used the wrong currency (and he didn't take any bonus from the casino!!!).

You did fail to mention that yes we did confiscate the winnings due to playing in the wrong currency which is clearly in the terms and conditions that it is not allowed but did you notice that all his deposits were refunded.

Clearly if we would be deceitful we would not refund a players deposits.
