    Warning:

Golden Palace sends Halloween offer of 100% to their users.

When you ask the telefon support, they say you are entitled to get the bonus and it will be credited automatically (with knowing of the accNo).

After you deposited, they say you are NOT entitled to this bonus.

They just want your money I think.

    Hands OFF..

    Solved - gave me bonus

    Well,

after 20 min of telefon talk they gave me the bonus now for "exception".

I think it is because I really ASKED the tel support before depositing and got the wrong info.

They could have avoided theese posts, if they had given me the bonus yesterday.

And in my opinion Golden Palace is a good casino that always pays! It is much much better than the Fortune Lounge, Playshare and Casino Rewards casinos with their "bonus abuse" and "wrong style of play" shit. These casinos are just bad businesses so they don't have money to pay their winners. Golden Palace is a good business.

They also tricked me with this bonus. I got the mail, deposited $500 and called them for the bonus. The support told me that I had to reply the mail. I replyd and afters 3 days I got a mail back that I was not(??) entitled for the bonus.

I think it's just a stupid trick to let people deposit large sums of money and hoping they start playing without the bonus...

    Golden Palace :(

There are some players who are still waiting for their money that was confiscated in 2000 for "bonus abuse", see for example, You must register/login in order to see the link. .

Then there were the streakers. GP felt that they had the right to disrupt major sporting events and ruin some people's chance to win an Olympic gold medal just to get some free exposure on TV. They continued even after promising Kahnawake Gaming Commission not to do it again.

But your story is seven years old. Fortune Lounge and Casino Rewards , fully supported by Ecogra, rob players every day. And my 3 years old experience with Golden Palace shows me that they always pay the players. Yes , they may refuse the bonus, but if they give you the bonus- they honour it. Not like some Microgaming casinos who promote their bonuses whatever way they can and don't pay you when you win.

You may have been paid, even the scummiest casinos must pay a large proportion of their players. People from 7 years ago have not been paid yet. I don't think there is a way of compensating the athletes who took part in the competitions that were interrupted by GP's streakers, even if GP offered to pay.

I think GP is a great casino, Ive never got a problem with them in the past..
But I do admit that their Halloween bonus was a bit too much.
I think the manager of GP kinda underestimated everything. I mean, come on... everyone can clear such a bonus +ev with their wager rules...,
so I guess they simply underestimated it, because this is almost like giving away free money.
However it remains a good casino imo..
    Just my 2 cents..

p.s. I never got their promo mail :)

Why would anyone play at a place like this? They've lied before, obviously they're going to do it again and did with this bonus scam.

Casino's: rule of thumb - If YOU send a customer an email offering them a bonus, YOU are obligated to follow through with said bonus, regardless of the fact that it might have been a mistake. Punish your staff who make the damn mistake, not your customers! I don't understand why common sense is so lacking at some of these casino's, it's not rocket science. You sent the email, you need to pay up, end of frickin' story!

    Hi there,

I received the bonus right away without any problems (no need to replay to the email, simply deposited and the bonus was confirmed by a pop up).
I did notice cashier problems though ("the server is busy right now"), so there sure may have been a whole lot of people trying to claim this bonus..

Now I just hope they won't be playing any trick upon cashing out..

As I ststed above - I got the bonus on the next day after I said I will do a charge back from C2P (dont know if this is poss., but..).
But it is true also, I MADE A CALL TO THE SUPPORT BEFORE I DEPOSITED AND THEY SAID: GO AHEAD, YOU WILL GET THE BONUS !

Before, this, I said I would be quiet (on the tel support, not in the forums), if they would reverse my C2P deposit. But they can't do so, they said. And any other method had cost me something, what I was not willing to tolerate.

I think it always helps if you mention:
    - Casinomeister.com
    - Try to charge back with a mail to the eWallet in wich you say your deposit was made under FALSE infos (As if you bye a TV online, and when it arrives at ya home, the whole electronic is missing inside)
    - post case in all your forums you're in

All in all, I think a problem with a mail can happen. But this one had NO T+Cs. So it was tricky from the beginning.

And may I suggest that you only play at accredited casinos in the future? Or at least inquire of the fora here for funky operations, and to never play at casinos that are rogued?

    I'm glad you were paid.

Have you considered playing without boni? (and I apologize if I forgot that point).

Yes they are rogued, but that's more to do with their err...... marketing methods.

Whilst I've never played at Golden Palace, I do have a friend that's a regular there and he claims to have always received his withdrawals. I guess casinos are rogued for different reasons and severity of each roguement (word doesn't exist ) differs :D

Although I understand they still refuse to pay some players for bonus abuse, but I'd compare that to the fortungelounge situation, their casinos are still not 100% rogue (ie.. refuse to pay any players).

I wonder what the Golden Palace monkey has to say about this thread?

As a player why should i care so much about wrong marketing methods which a certain casino employs? There are other organizations who should take care about provocative marketing of Golden Palace.. For me ,as a player, there are only 2 most important things: fair software and fast payouts of winnings. From this point of view, Golden Palace is a good casino and Royal Vegas and Grand Mondial are the bad ones. As i understand ,Casinomeister is supposed to be a player's advocate and not something else.

P.S. If we talk about marketing and morality ,what is better: to make provocative statements and provocative actions of all types just to attract public's attention to your casino or to promote the huge and juicy bonuses attracting hundred thousands of online players' money and then not to pay the winners ?

it is a waste of my time and money
    you have the wagering req.
then you hit a good spin
then your good spin gets ate up
trying to meet the wagering req

as for RV I recieved a cashout from them this am
have never had a problem getting my cashouts from
    an FL Casino
