Hello there,
I had some bad experiences last year with the thieves of Goldbetting, stealing $3,000 of my deposits and winnings, now I am concerned again.
I am a VIP player at several honest Casino Groups, mostly Microgaming, but what Golden Palace is doing to me at the moment, is dirty and stealing my sleep.
Some time ago I opened an account at Golden Palace, deposited several times, $830 in total. Then I withdrew $1,000 after playing Slots.
That was Saturday.
On Tuesday I tried to log into my account to see if my withdraw is in progress.
NO CHANCE! They locked my account !!!
I sent an email asking whats going on - NO REPLY.
I phoned their Support and she asked Security, telling me I will receive an email. After half an hour this email appeared from SUPPORT:

Dear Customer,
After talking with security they have told me to let you know that they are doing an investigation on your account and will notify you of any further developments within the next few days. If you have any further questions feel free to contact us anytime at 1-416-777-1121.

I wrote back and wanted to know if this is a normal way to treat a customer and whats the reason.

Security can lock accounts for various reasons. As stated in the previous email, you may contact security directly if you have further questions. It shouldnt take more than a few days. You will be emailed within the next few days.

Again I told them I want to know whats the reason as I did nothing rude, but NO ANSWER.
The same after my next 2 emails, telling them I will share my experiences in all known Casino Forums - NO ANSWER!
They gave me a phone number that is a long-distance call (I live in Germany), the 00-800 number does not seem to be of help.
The worst of all is to let me stand in the fog, totally ignoring my emails.
Casinomeister, can you help ???
I dont want to go through the same s..t as last year with that Wager21-criminals!!!
