Golden Palace - Please Help !

    Hello there,

    I had some bad experiences last year with the thieves of Goldbetting, stealing $3,000 of my deposits and winnings, now I am concerned again.

    I am a VIP player at several honest Casino Groups, mostly Microgaming, but what Golden Palace is doing to me at the moment, is dirty and stealing my sleep.

    Some time ago I opened an account at Golden Palace, deposited several times, $830 in total. Then I withdrew $1,000 after playing Slots.
    That was Saturday.
    On Tuesday I tried to log into my account to see if my withdraw is in progress.

    NO CHANCE! They locked my account !!!

    I sent an email asking whats going on - NO REPLY.
    I phoned their Support and she asked Security, telling me I will receive an email. After half an hour this email appeared from SUPPORT:

    ---
    Dear Customer,

    After talking with security they have told me to let you know that they are doing an investigation on your account and will notify you of any further developments within the next few days. If you have any further questions feel free to contact us anytime at 1-416-777-1121.

    Thank you and have a good day.

    I wrote back and wanted to know if this is a normal way to treat a customer and whats the reason.

    Security can lock accounts for various reasons. As stated in the previous email, you may contact security directly if you have further questions. It shouldnt take more than a few days. You will be emailed within the next few days.

    Again I told them I want to know whats the reason as I did nothing rude, but NO ANSWER.
    The same after my next 2 emails, telling them I will share my experiences in all known Casino Forums - NO ANSWER!

    They gave me a phone number that is a long-distance call (I live in Germany), the 00-800 number does not seem to be of help.

    The worst of all is to let me stand in the fog, totally ignoring my emails.

    Casinomeister, can you help ???
    I dont want to go through the same s..t as last year with that Wager21-criminals!!!

    Is GP up to its old tricks again?

    Is it just me, or do others see an increase in Golden Palace et al complaints recently?

    Mark Francis must still be running *Security* judging by the lack of courtesy and respect for the customer, and these arbitrary disqualifications remind me of their bad old days.

    Players need to watch these guys....looks like they're so busy naming babies that they've forgotten about the customers!

    To keep you informed:

    right one minute after I posted, I received an email telling me I have to phone them to unlock my account.
    The phone call was over one hour !!!
    I talked with Security and they asked me many questions.

    He said EVERYTHING IS FINE WITH MY ACCOUNT.

    I sent him the documents he requested, two bills and my passport and he told me were phoning tomorrow again.

    He was very friendly, but I must say - this is by far the most complicate investigation I ever had!!!

    Something wrong is happenning at Golden Palace and all casino Blasters casinos.

    They take some time to pay the first withdrawal but they are no thieves, at least they were not.

    agree, ive played their once, but was paid ok (in the end), but it did feel like getting blood out of a stone, judging by all of these threads it looks like their is something seriously up at golden palace, maybe they are going under? bought one cheese on toast to many?

    ** You know, I have been in this industry for so long, and have noticed this trend "Please hold while your account is under investigation"

    I want to know from ALL the casinos that does this : WHY?! WHAT EXACTLY are you investigating. Up unto now, I have had very little gripes with the casinos... but this is getting irritating, even to just read about it.

    Sorry... just had to get that out of my system. Thanks for allowing it! **

    Golden Palace paid - at last !

    Hello again,

    thanks to the friendly help of Iris from Playtech Golden Palace paid me out!
    However they told Playtech they unlocked my account "already", the account is still locked.

    I do not give a cent to it, they can leave it locked forever, I rather play at Casinos paying out without any trouble, fast and fine.

    As I saw some postings here from people having trouble with them, I can say, the finest casino groups are The Jackpot Factory (faster than the wind), Belle Rock and ICL. Also a really fine casino is the VIP, here you are not able to redeposit a withdraw, very good for people like me (argh).

    So, under the pressure of Playtech, it ended here fine and I just wanted to let you know. GP is indeed a honest one, but if you look for customer service, look somewhere else.

    That's very true. They have excellent customer support and pay really fast.

    If you have problems with reverse withdrawals you can call them after requesting one and ask them to flush it. They will do that.
