they were on probation

ive been requesting my winnings from their directpaynet webpage as well as the casino and now they have my email banned

They probably have the domain hotmail banned, I'm sure casinos get tons of spam from there, I know I do.

Anyways, back on topic -

A quick google search turned this up:

Every time my client emails the support department, which opens up a ticket, he gets a bounce back. Here is what I found in the logs and the email he gets bounced back.


This is what I find in the log
[2005.12.02 14:19:22 8086] FATAL PHP: CERBERUS PARSER [ERROR]: Incoming message is from banned sender (user@mydomain.com).

........

As the user is not in the address book, and therefore not in the Cerberus benned sender addresses.

I can only think that it is a setup issue within your email system.

The user may be banned within your email program, and the reason for the error message sent back when you email the address is because the email program thinks that this is a FATAL error, even though it is not.
So, in other words, it doesn't look like this is an oversight on the casino's end. It looks like they purposefully blocked the OP from sending them emails; which should definitely result in instantroguedom IMO..;)

My case

My cashout were shown as "processed" via cheque, but I did not receive it, despite being told several times that it had been sent. After a while my emails started to get bounced from directnetpay. I filed a PAB, and thanks to the Meister I finally got paid. See here:

Based on my experience I would not play in that casino again.
