He is clearly not betting $10. The only explanation is that he is the only person betting the table maximum, so he is the only big winner.

My guess is that he is betting over $2000 a spin and the casino are posting single spin win totals. I would bet that on most days that he is listed on the winners hall of fame he lost overall. Very cleaver advertising is my guess

From my experience at GP a player's win total is accumulated per session. So if he is logging out and back in after every win maybe. Probably on dial up line and lossing a conection. LOL
