Long story*short, I signed into an online casino called globallivecasino.com, deposited money (didn’t take any bonus from casino), won money legitimately 3 times playing roulette at the sums of over 40,000 euro, and each time they dragged me with endless emails, endless excuses all kind of made up terms and conditions excuses, and no withdrawing winnings, I lost few weeks of my life with them, lost money and it was one of the worse online experiences ever, a total aggravation. When I deposited money and lost some, they took it really quick and with no problems, but once I won, it began to be a nightmare.

Globallivecasino.com is a fraudulent casino, a big scam.

If you are interested to know my story and wanna get the long version of my case*
    Go to: www. globallivecasinoscam.com

You didn't even bothered to write your story again, simply copy - pasted ...

    LE: You're not the only one that gone thorough this;
Piece of advice, if you're playing with "systems" on roulette, try doing it on big casinos, that understand the concept of house edge, and that there are no systems when playing roulette or any other casino game.

    havent used any systems...

First of all, ive been writing about it so much lately nothing is wrong about copy paste...Lol....
Second thing, I haven't used any system to play roulette, and that's where everyone is wrong, there are no systems to play roulette.
If u want you can call any pattern a player uses as a system, as long as its comfortable to the casino. I play same way in land base cassino's, I make thousands and tens of thousands of dollars, and they don't seem to care.
I just hoped my story will help others to stay away from those scams.

This one's on of the oldest "scam" in the book.
You should have known about it. - you seem to be an experienced player.

As I said, we're on the same page, there are no system when playing casinos, but casinos won't agree.
Try to play only on big casinos without "we reserve the right to void winnings if irregular patterns appear in the player's gameplay" F U Term in their Terms and Conditions.

I'd recommend you to take a peek here and just choose one: Accredited Casinos

Yes I'm very experienced player but not at online gaming, I did read terms and conditions very carefully, they write that a player cannot use "system" computers, software and bots...
Haven't had a clue about this "system" trick, that basically they can call what ever they want " system"...
Anyway Thanx for the list of credited casinos..
Im not sure I can trust one again.

Why did you keep going back? Is your bullshit detector faulty?

The second they started to get funny about "Roulette systems" should have had your BS detector on high alert, and when they did it TWICE, that should have been the end of you giving them second chances.

Their terms keep changing in order to void whatever style a player uses if they win. You won on outside bets, they said that you had to play 50% of bests on numbers. You then won again whilst adhering to this term, and they changed to terms yet again to make that play void too. If they have a rebet button, it's for the purpose of being able to repeat your bet. As for "playing too fast", complete and utter bullshit, this is LIVE, you can only play as fast as the live croupier spins the wheel.

The only logical explanation is that the game isn't completely random, THEY know this, and suspect that you have "cracked the pattern". If they don't trust their contracted live studio to deliver a fair game, why should players trust that they are getting a fair game at this casino.

So much for "don't take bonuses, just play with your own money and you won't have problems getting paid".

I am so sorry your first online casino was a bad one. So many end up joining CM after being burnt by a dodgy place.

Here's a link you should read, on how to spot a rogue casino: http://www.casinomeister.com/casino_pick.php

Global Live Casino fails on all three of the first three points. Well, they do list their licencing jurisdiction, but Costa Rica merely issues business licences. There may be a couple of places that are okay, but as a obvious high roller, I wouldn't recommend you pick anywhere but trusted and established casinos.

It will be important for you to play at places that either have no caps on weekly or monthly withdrawals, or very high ones, such as $100,000 per day. This should be in the terms and conditions.

I won't recommend any particular casino to you, as not all accept residents of Hong Kong, and I am not sure which ones have live roulette as it is not my game.

40,000 is a very expensive lesson.

    Welcome to Casinomeister.

Good casinos will pay big winners. If anything, it gives them some positive PR as big wins tend to be used as a marketing tool. If someone keeps winning, the first consequence, even with the good casinos, is that they will be "bonus banned". This removes the effect of being able to use bonuses to extend play time and increasing the chance of winning. The final step is to pay the last win in full, and THEN ban the player. It's rare for this to happen because good casinos trust their games, and know that without bonuses, the long term house edge means that the eventual winner is always the casino. It's often "high maintenance" players who risk relatively small amounts over a prolonged period that get banned, and this is because the cost of serving them exceeds the profit made from them over the long term. High rollers tend not to get banned because the casino believes that eventually their run of luck will come to an end, at which point the casino stands to make a large profit from them over a relatively short period of time.

It does seem that some operators don't properly understand the maths behind casino games, and see an unusually good run of luck as "clear evidence of cheating", which is why all these arguments about systems, bots, computers, etc were being thrown about by this casino. They even have the camera turn away at the vital moment when the wheel spins, so how can the PLAYER be sure that it's being done in a fair manner. Do land casinos draw a curtain across whenever the croupier spins the wheel and releases the ball? If one tried it, would the players there put up with it?

As for Hong Kong, most casinos consider it as "China", and do not mention it separately, so if China is a restricted country, then it's likely that Hong Kong is included whether or not this is specifically stated. Given that China is usually a restricted country, it can be hard for a Hong Kong resident to find an online casino that accepts them.

Many of our long standing members have won large sums of money at CM accredited casinos and have been paid.

Vinylweatherman.... how much was it again on Treasure Island :D

Many of the casinos listed here are large, publicly traded companies. Off the top of my head, Bet365 and 32Red either have no or very large cashout limits. Moderately sure Guts does not either, or it is reasonably high. Some casinos will make private arrangements for high rollers.

Not all that many, but over the years several wins over 100K by members that were paid. And not everyone posts their wins.

Most casinos do not ban winners. As long as we are gamblers, we tend not to remain winners for long. Plus, advertising winners is good for business, it's why casinos have tickers with recent winners, and smiling faces with giant cheques sometimes.

I've been a member here for over 7 years, and I want to express something that is my opinion and observance regarding Live Casino games.

IMO there seem to be more complaints and technical glitches with these, even at reputable places, that with RNG based roulette.

Any of the accredited casinos do not use cheating games. Of course there is a house edge.

I am primarily a slot player myself, so you might want to spend some time looking into the loyalty programs that different casinos offer. If you play without bonuses, that can make a big difference, and it is often best to concentrate your play on only a few casinos. You may want to find one that supports your currency too, to minimize exchange fees.

There is a free mediation service here called PAB. However, I extend little hope that this place would cooperate or pay you. I think you would merely be wasting more of your time and that of our PAB manager Maxd.

So a fellow player from Hong Kong. The laws with regard to online gaming is quite blurred. Online sports betting is a no-no but it may be very different for online casinos. Many casinos are playing safe and not accepting players from Hong Kong so if one really wants to bet big on table games it is worth taking a trip to Macau or a night's trip to the cruise ships. I wouldnt trust my the casinos playing big at table games online. First, I am sceptical on the end results on a number of games from a couple of top-notch software namely RTG and Rival. As for live games, I believe recently some casinos denied access to them for HK players. These include all MG casinos and Betat to name a few.

One major problem would be getting your money. You cant use most of the e-wallets for depositing and withdrawal and credit cards dont work either. An amount of USD40,000 made via bank wire could raise suspicions. Though the amount is negigible with regard to money laundering possibilities it could well raise a red flag on the part of the bank. HK residents, should they bet relatively big and on table games, just go to either Macau or the gambling cruise ships. They sail off everyday to international waters and costs very little for accomodation , food etc. You might even get them for free if you bet big. I have seen people win/lose more than $1 million USD on a single night's venture. One guy(many years ago) bet $125,000 Per hand on Baccarat. Regardless of whether the casinos are safe like 32red it is simply not worth the hassle for HK players to dip into the online gaming world with regard to live table games.

Thanks chuchu. I asked him to respond, because he's been around a long time and knows.

If he says you will have trouble, I believe he speaks from experience.

Besides the food is better offline.

The Pogg You must register/login in order to see the link. is a very trusted member of this forum, as well as an affiliate. He may have contacts to help you.

The option of PAB is open to you as well. If the casino is trustworthy, they may cooperate. If you PAB please make sure to read and follow all the instructions. You will find the PAB FAQ up top.

40,000 is too much to give up easily on IMO.

One of the conditions of the PAB is not to discuss things in the forum. So I won't ask you any more questions for now.

For a start you can try Star Cruises. The ships currently sailing from HK are Star Pisces and Superstar Virgo the latter of which is a stunner. They are berthed in Ocean Terminal, Tsimshatsui and you can either book a night's trip via most travel agencies or visit You must register/login in order to see the link.. With your bet amounts they could treat you like royalty after a single night's trip and let you join as a member with perks depending on your VIP level. They have all the table games you want - Black Jack, Roulette, Sic BO, Baccarat, Pai Gow etc. Coincidentally, my wife just went to Virgo last night so I shall be asking her how she fared when she returns home later today.

There are at least half a dozen other cruise ships but due to hefty charges, they are not berthed at any terminal and needs you to take a boat from Tsimshatsui, Central or Hung Hom to board them. These can also be sought from the travel agencies.

Remember to Pitch a Bitch as Jasminebed suggested. MaxD and Bryan will try to help you out but once you start the machinery you must not post any more on the issue otherwise it may jeopardise your chances of reaching an amicable solution.. If there is anyway I can help please give me a shout. Nothing better than helping out a Hong Kong friend in need.

Your mistake is keeping on talking about it and speculating/commenting on here - a basic condition is that the matter leaves the forum once a PAB is submitted. You can make banal comments like 'it's still ongoing' or 'haven't heard anything yet' if other posters ask but the matter itself should not be discussed further.

Rubbishing the casino or inviting others to could prejudice your case.
