Gigadat deposits wait time on deposits!

Never experienced a problem with Gigadat/RBC until day before yesterday.
$2300 withdrawal payment failed or possibly refused.
Funds not yet returned to casino who say they will notify me when that happens.
I really hope Royal are not following in TD’s footsteps.

I would hope not as well, I did have the same issue a couple weeks back, This was the reply from Mr Vegas:

"This does look like it was a one-time occurrence on your account. Technical issues can happen out of the blue sadly and can be a nuisance to fix as we need to liaise with your bank, the banking provider as well as our own departments.
Should you experience any further issues, please do not hesitate to contact us again via email or talk with an advisor direct on Live Chat"

Hopefully a one off, I have had multiple withdrawals since without fail.

something odd happened yesterday. I requested a withdrawal via interac at account 2 am pst. I got support to approve it and immediately i got a notification in my email that the withdrawal request was received. 3 hours later got the text. and an hour after that the transfer.

in my experience up until now every single transfer of my came in at 132am pst....
 
Timeframes changed a little bit. Its even faster than before. At the moment interac servers are slow and there is a wait on deposits. At least now you get a warning message before making your deposit when thats the case. The record for me was cashout approved at slotwolf at 11pm, 11:01 gigadat email to confirm request, sms at 11 am, money autodeposited an hour later. Thats very very fast.
 
What casino has the fastest withdrawal via etransfer?
Since many casinos insta approve withdrawals, it depends on the day and the time. You will always receive an etransfer the day after gigadat receive the casino’s request. It’s all automated now and timeframes are faster than what they used to be. So As I wrote earlier, last withdrawal at slotwolf was insta approved at 11pm. Went to sleep, received an sms about it in the morning and 2 hours later got it in my bank account. Keep in mind I am in quebec and they work like if they were 12 hours earlier in time. Just to ruin your mind about their location :) So considering payments are made on working days only, you can reveive it everyday but sunday and monday in you are in EST timezone.
 
I sound like I work for them. Maybe I should copy paste the same dumb answer everytime you guys have an issue with them. And then create an account from same mobile phone and explain how great of an experience I had with them. :)
 
Gigadat are you working dec 28, or is that another holiday for you?. Just curious how many more days till I get my money is all. Guess they think they are acutal banks and work when they want. Etransfers work 24/7 btw gigadat lol. But ya there probably no rep here anymore to answer anyway.

No rep cuz he was an idiot.
 
It’s not worth anything asking them questions like that about the time and the day of your payment. You will always receive it the day after its approved by casino and you receive the notification by email. So the morning after you have the sms and couple hours later, ding ding. No sms? Well then you are either on sunday, monday or christmas.
 
I use it all the time, they need your bank account info and it just appears in the account, 99% of the time next day, sometimes I have had it same day if w/d was very early...no fees either
