Gigadat deposits wait time on deposits!

7 hours ago I deposited to twin and to VS- - VS was nearly instant- still waiting for the Twin -- 7 hours and counting FFS-- for shits, deposited a small amount to VS 20 miniutes ago and still nothing... I emailed giga and the response was that I need to give them 24 hours as it is beyond their control and is an upstream issue-- I call BS

We were experiencing a banking issue with delays for interac e-transfer deposits. This issue has since been resolved and you should no longer experience these delays.

Here we fkn go again... 4 hours delay and going for 2 deposits. That was the last fkn time

The delays were caused by a banking issue involving our notifications on deposits. The root cause of the issue was determined and we are back to normal operations. If you require further assistance, please contact [email protected]

My turn to sit and wait.
2 deposits last night, arrived within 5 minutes

Today, sitting and waiting and nothing so far, despite my online banking showing successfully sent/autodeposited to Gigadat and an email saying theyv e accepted it

And now videoslots is 502 error as well as typing this

There was an issue with an upstream vendor delaying our notifications on deposits. The issue was solved and we are running routine operations. Please contact [email protected] for further support.

Is the Gigadat rep multi-posting on purpose or is it some sort of technical glitch. Or just stock answers?

No technical glitch. Here to navigate users to our customer service for any issues they may be experiencing and for further support.

Gigadat is the reason I'm being accused by videolsots for theft of 100 bucks, this since they started their new withdrawal method with videoslots, never an issue with other methods, so just a heads up, WOULD never trust gigadat, on a deposit it took them 2 weeks to admit they didn't deposit it to videoslots, after numerous emails to videoslots fighting it gigadat finally admited it was still with them!! this after they called me a liar and would never send me proof they deposited it to vs.

Now here I go again but now a WITHDRAWAL trying to prove a duplicate payment videoslots claims i got, which I did not....long story short DON'T trust gigadat, they make you look like a crook. Too much stress using them, incompetent.

I haven't experienced any delays since. All of my deposits have gone through within minutes. Solid method of deposit and withdrawal

Same here. Hey @Gigadat ;) Are you allowed to discuss the reason unibet stopped offering etransfer withdrawals? They removed it when you were experiencing delays. Their support told me that they don’t offer bank support lol.

Hi @hhhelllo, we are aware of the situation and are currently working with the merchant to have withdrawls re-enabled.

Still waiting for a withdrawal from video slots version 2 Mr.Vegas @Team.Videoslots through a withdrawal method powered by gigadat supposedly for over a week. :( Have not gotten it yet. @Gigadat

Are we even going to have a Mr.vegas rep here?
Sad slotmaster is sad. :(

Our withdrawals are processed the same or next business day, please check back with the merchant if you are still missing your withdrawal. For further support visit our Contact Us page at *snip*

So, here's a new thing with Gigadat:

You hit deposit within the casino interface, enter the amount on the casino's side, you're then kicked over to Gigadat and... Transaction cancelled.

I've had this happen 5 times in a row and then it will work for 1 minute and then revert back to the transaction cancelled. It has nothing to do with what is in your bank account, because it hasn't even attempted to take any money out.

I've got to say this online casino stuff is getting more and more Mickey Mouse each day. I don't think I can be bothered anymore. Land based casinos are far, far more professional. Why am I spending shit loads of money using unreliable processes and somewhat legit casinos that care about anything but me? Makes no sense.

isnt it related to anti pop up crap that
comes with every browser?
did you... clear cache and cookies :)

I worked it out. If I use public wifi, it works no problem. If I use my own data, it works 80% of the time -- it won't work later in the evening. I guess, the least secure network being used is best for Gigadat.

So I have 2 supposed withdrawals from MrVegas with a combined total of $8900, w/d via Ecashout.......just looked and is powered by Gigadat, bet that is the issue, 10 days and counting, what is compounding the issues is that I cannot get an answer from them on where the issue is.

Personally, if I was withdrawing in Canada, I wouldn't withdraw more than $5000 at once. Nevertheless, I have found, for withdrawals, Gigadat is fast and reliable. For deposits it can be frustrating at times. If you're in Canada, something else is going on. It's either on the casino side or your withdrawal is being examined in some way -- that is doubtful, though, but it could be given Canada's banking laws.

I have also found that Gigadat is fast and reliable for withdrawals and deposits. I think the only time deposits are slower is if there is an issue with the banks, from what i have experienced. Gigadat is a good method

Really??? Please tell me I can’t read properly becuse I just woke up.

This payment service improved even more this month. There used to be at least 24hours at least between the cashout request and the money in the bank. I use muchbetter wallet so in my mind it’s a day more. Since MIR ltd can actually process payments without excuses, I trust them note than casino management to approve payments on a timely manner. So last cashouts? When the casino approved it, instantly back in my ewallet as usual and then.../ requested etransfer and the money appeared an hour later. Never seem before :o

Hang on. You’re typing too fast!! Lol.

So what is better in your mind.

MuchBetter or gigadat??

I did hint at this nonsense with my ‘giggadty’ with my quagmire from family guy loads of times, obviously my superior intellect rose above many of you..

joke... just thought it sounded similar lol

I don't think it's the casinos. Mines been pending for half hour at twin. Sent from TD.
When you have a fixed pending time of 30 minutes exactly like I do after a couple deposits, it’s a security measure imposed by the bank.

Even though it makes the company look unprofessionnal to have an employee create an account to post bs about how good and perfect they are, I have no doubt he did that on his own and will get a baseball bat in the face if his boss knows about it.

Gigadat is a service offered by a company exploiting loopholes in different areas at a level no one ever did before. It just happens that they call themselves that to protect the main company of potential problems related to what they do. Their CEO is an evil genius. I have been dealing with them for a long time in different areas and they never are out of line and always do the right thing. At the exact limit of legality and moral though ;)

I absolutly disagree with shilling themsleves but I have not had any issues with Gigadat on hundreds if not 1000s of transactions.....with the exception of TD, I dont even bother doing transactions through them, just RBC, as well I had an issue with $8900 last week from Mr Vegas (they never did tell me the issue but corrected it), I had a 5k w/d from Slotsmillion and the money was in my account next day earlier this week.

I should note that I do not etrasnfer, only "online" option which is always instant, I think RBC pretty much owns this option.

They don’t own it. Every bank allowed it in the past but each one of them eventually got scared because of gamblling related transactions and all the problems that comes with it like chargebacks from very special degenerates. The most important though, is that when the client denies a transaction, the bank is the one with a loss instead of blaming the credit card company usual. I would read the terms specific to interac online liabilites for RBC. By the way I opened an account with RBC 4 years go, made one single interac online deposit of 20$ at loto quebec website which is considered 100% legal here and they sent me a check of the remaining 580$ left of my initial deposit of 600$ when I opened my check account a couple hours earlier.

Never experienced a problem with Gigadat/RBC until day before yesterday.
$2300 withdrawal payment failed or possibly refused.
Funds not yet returned to casino who say they will notify me when that happens.
I really hope Royal are not following in TD’s footsteps.
