So, here's a new thing with Gigadat:
You hit deposit within the casino interface, enter the amount on the casino's side, you're then kicked over to Gigadat and... Transaction cancelled.
I've had this happen 5 times in a row and then it will work for 1 minute and then revert back to the transaction cancelled. It has nothing to do with what is in your bank account, because it hasn't even attempted to take any money out.
I've got to say this online casino stuff is getting more and more Mickey Mouse each day. I don't think I can be bothered anymore. Land based casinos are far, far more professional. Why am I spending shit loads of money using unreliable processes and somewhat legit casinos that care about anything but me? Makes no sense.
So I have 2 supposed withdrawals from MrVegas with a combined total of $8900, w/d via Ecashout.......just looked and is powered by Gigadat, bet that is the issue, 10 days and counting, what is compounding the issues is that I cannot get an answer from them on where the issue is.
I have also found that Gigadat is fast and reliable for withdrawals and deposits. I think the only time deposits are slower is if there is an issue with the banks, from what i have experienced. Gigadat is a good methodPersonally, if I was withdrawing in Canada, I wouldn't withdraw more than $5000 at once. Nevertheless, I have found, for withdrawals, Gigadat is fast and reliable. For deposits it can be frustrating at times. If you're in Canada, something else is going on. It's either on the casino side or your withdrawal is being examined in some way -- that is doubtful, though, but it could be given Canada's banking laws.
We were experiencing an issue with an upstream vendor. It is resolved and we are back to normal operations.Mine eventually went through. Took about 45 mins.
Wow!! That is absolutely AMAZING!!I haven't experienced any delays since. All of my deposits have gone through within minutes. Solid method of deposit and withdrawal

This payment service improved even more this month. There used to be at least 24hours at least between the cashout request and the money in the bank. I use muchbetter wallet so in my mind it’s a day more. Since MIR ltd can actually process payments without excuses, I trust them note than casino management to approve payments on a timely manner. So last cashouts? When the casino approved it, instantly back in my ewallet as usual and then.../ requested etransfer and the money appeared an hour later. Never seem before
When you have a fixed pending time of 30 minutes exactly like I do after a couple deposits, it’s a security measure imposed by the bank.I don't think it's the casinos. Mines been pending for half hour at twin. Sent from TD.
They don’t own it. Every bank allowed it in the past but each one of them eventually got scared because of gamblling related transactions and all the problems that comes with it like chargebacks from very special degenerates. The most important though, is that when the client denies a transaction, the bank is the one with a loss instead of blaming the credit card company usual. I would read the terms specific to interac online liabilites for RBC. By the way I opened an account with RBC 4 years go, made one single interac online deposit of 20$ at loto quebec website which is considered 100% legal here and they sent me a check of the remaining 580$ left of my initial deposit of 600$ when I opened my check account a couple hours earlier.I absolutly disagree with shilling themsleves but I have not had any issues with Gigadat on hundreds if not 1000s of transactions.....with the exception of TD, I dont even bother doing transactions through them, just RBC, as well I had an issue with $8900 last week from Mr Vegas (they never did tell me the issue but corrected it), I had a 5k w/d from Slotsmillion and the money was in my account next day earlier this week.
I should note that I do not etrasnfer, only "online" option which is always instant, I think RBC pretty much owns this option.
