Rattled by what? A party that's peaked at 20% of the vote and has now settled down to around 16%? (Farage's past enthusiasm and current ambivalence (to put it generously) for Putin hasn't done him any favour in the polls.)
He's a one-trick pony who's done his trick, it turned out to be shit, and very few people want to see him do another.
Also as this campaign has clearly revealed, he's brittle, sulky, petulant, crumbles under pressure and can't handle any criticism whatsoever without going into UltraKaren mode and blaming someone else.
Moreover, and I'm going to say this as politely as I can, you only need to look at his audiences to realise that's he's appealing to an..... ummmm..... 'declining demographic'. (An amped up version of exactly the same problem the Tories have.)

With only a few days left to the election this is where the polls are, so you'll forgive me if I manage to not be entirely 'terrified' by the presence of the establishment racist Farage in the race.
I'll give him credit for one thing, he will play an admirable part in the destruction of the Conservative Party (see also, Brexit.)
