Thanks for the tag @Supababe.

Just to put the OP’s theory to bed, I can categorically say that we don’t use house prices to determine what offers you are given.

I can confirm however, as others have suggested, that we will offer players who have been verified to different levels different promotions.

I would suggest it’s one of two things if you believe the offers have changed. 1) Pure coincidence, 2) You’ve reached a level we’ve had to do enhanced checks on you and the promotions category has changed.

A soft search will show up any missed or late payment markers also any court orders/judgments and CIFS markers and credit usage which gives them an idea of the risk involved doing business with you.
The mortgage offer would have been in principle they then would have carried out a hard search and started digging.

We of course don’t pass on customer information outside of our company, however if you are verified and/or pass additional AML or SOW/SOF checks at one brand then that would apply to all brands that we operate.

I’m more than happy to look into this for you if you want to share your account details via PM. If nothing else I’m intrigued. I can still 100% assure you that an operator on live chat isn’t making the decision based on your address however.

Just out of mild curiosity..... did your credit score change when you moved areas?
I know that mine increased.
It might be a logical ‘fail safe’ way to ensure problem gamblers (those who are most likely to have a lower than average score) are monitored as the basic credit records (soft searches) are readily available.
I have noticed a slight increase in ‘casino related’ soft searches on my file but assumed this was KYC type stuff.

So you are telling me you own some properties in London, You was a student? So let me guess that means you are pretty young. It also means you did not have a job, so that means those properties are not yours, or they are family properties. Or you are lying. Or you are using someone else's address of friends you met at university and they gave you the OK to use their address? Even if you did own those properties. Then sell them then stop asking for free money if you are rich already and have properties. Hence my below statement.................

If you read the thread you would see that I received them in a trustfund. The rent for 3 houses in London is £90k before tax , if you even had a low paid job could receive 20k a year not including the overseas property rent that would around 110k to do as i please .I used my own money if I deposit and not recieve anything its should be OK to ask for a free bet. If they say no its OK.
