Announcement Gala Casino - removed from accredited section (reinstated - then removed again)

Gala casino has had some difficulty to keep a iGaming rep in the forum - this seems to be an ongoing problem since the same thing occurred last fall.

Must have a representative (who can walk and chew gum at the same time) listed in Casinomeister's forum. This representative must be directly involved with customer/player service, or who can make decisions involving player issues.

More than once they've let their account go dormant in the forum - members were PMing them with no response. So I've decided that Gala Casino and Casinomeister are not a good match and have removed them from the Accredited section. It's a bummer, but it needed to be done.

For those of you with outstanding PABs against Gala: I'll press on with those cases but I doubt it will surprise anyone if progress is slow and/or limited. More of the same in other words.

Well, it isn't the Netent DOA game... it is a Playtech game with the same name.

Perhaps the rep of Gala Casino wishes to pass their comments on this.......

Looks like they used an outsourced web dev team - I guess they should have checked their work before signing off on it lol

Firstly thanks for pointing this out to us. I've got our site guys on it and it should be corrected soon. Rest assured this was certainly not intended to deceive or disappoint any of our players.

I think we may have been a little bit eager with the introduction of NetEnt games to the site, and somewhere along the way the images for NetEnt got mixed with the images for the Playtech game.

Just to be clear we are introducing NetEnt content over the next couple of months, and I am sure we will be including DoA (The right version this time) so watch this space!

Almost a week later, and the website still shows the Netent Dead or Alive slot pictures.

Knowing how to programme websites, such an easy fix shouldn't take this long surely?

The page has been updated with the correct images now, and the game thumbnail to follow shortly. Our Web team have been hard at work improving other areas of the site this last week

Gala Casino has been removed permanently from the Accredited section. There has been a history of removal from the accredited section - and I have mentioned more than once that I do not believe that Gala Casino values its listing as a Casinomeister Accredited Casino.

And their removal has been elevated to "Rogue"

Taking on the player's complaint at face value - the casino has done nothing to dispute the claim. So as it stands, the casino changed its terms and conditions and enforced them retroactively confiscated the player's winnings.
