Until today, one of them did not receive any response, but 3 days have access to my account and I no longer have the time to fulfill the requirements to obtain bunusa - 14 days for my style of playing,
On 05.01.2013. I managed to get contact via live chat, I brought out my problem and then they asked me to send the documents to the new address. I sent back, via live chat, they confirmed receipt and they said they do not know how much they will need time to verify the account. I will get further information by mail.
I still have not received anything.
Disappointed by poor support and slow one casino that has such a rating.
