I decided to share with you the experience of the Gala Casino, unfortunately bad.
I'm not mad at them because for me personally casino is nothing more than fun and games.
I opened an account 01.01.2013. paid $ 25 and accepted a $ 25 bonus. The same day I sent all the required documents, passport, bank card, utility bill, bank statement for account verification.
I started playing, I had 14 days to achieve the bonus (turn $ 1,000). I started well, mostly I played live roulette (Roulette - = 20% stake in this case I have to play the $ 5000 bonus achievement) and scratchcards.
On 03.01. 2013 my balance was $ 140, a day I declined the request for a $ 100 bonus for the achievement. I calculated that if this continues, 14 days was quite sufficient to achieve bunusa.
On 04.01.2013. my account has been blocked (casino, poker room, login to the site). I received an email that I was blocked until I send all the necessary documents for Verification (I sent them already). I sent them back 04.01.2013. twice the required email address and the address helpdesk stating that all that they already have.
Until today, one of them did not receive any response, but 3 days have access to my account and I no longer have the time to fulfill the requirements to obtain bunusa - 14 days for my style of playing,
On 05.01.2013. I managed to get contact via live chat, I brought out my problem and then they asked me to send the documents to the new address. I sent back, via live chat, they confirmed receipt and they said they do not know how much they will need time to verify the account. I will get further information by mail.
I still have not received anything.
Disappointed by poor support and slow one casino that has such a rating.
As I said, for me, the only casino game. I'm not even angry at them, for me this is all ridiculous, and I think it's no coincidence because I have found in some cases on the other casino forums.
If they think that there is something wrong let them take my bonus, let them take my winnings, but this is a low blow.
If they are doing this because of the $ 25 bonus and earn $ 115, for higher amounts probably kill players (this is a joke, of course - do not kill me i am only a player :eek2:)
I hope to have access to my account and deposit 14.01. then the deadline for meeting the bonus requirements.
Gala Casino every good wish, and they themselves should see whether these things are valuable reputation risk.

Send her a private message with your account details and see what she can do to help. Personally, what I would ask for is an extension so that you have 14 days of unblocked access to your account to complete wagering, to make up for lost days due to verification issues. After all, this is the time you were expecting to have to play it.

After 14 days they will remove the bonus and all the winnings from your account. Happened to me. Refused to put the money back to my account.
 
Sounds like a lot of crap - all these issues with addresses and not having received your verification docs. Don't care if they have a rep here - the least the casino could do is indeed allow for a 3-day extension. Anyway, I would never play at this casino.

That's pitiful sending doc's three times via email and still no clear outcome.

I'm beginning to wonder who some of these operators have handling player's personal information as it sure doesn't appear to be the casino's them self!
 
Gala/Coral is a disgrace. If you notice in their terms as well it states that if they cant verify you they will refund your deposit unless you have lost. This occurs whether it is a fault of theirs or not. Another win,win for a casino and a lose,lose for a player :( Ive posted already about their weekly cashback scheme which only works if you are lucky enough to win in the previous week. Their reps dont seem interested. Their support take ages to respond.
 
There's a lot about the Gala i was getting all set to formally moan about (not least their frequently 'just nipped out for a sauna' style customer service) ... but as it turns out I'm winning there, have had some of my nicest hits on Penguin vacation and Marilyn Monroe at the Gala in 2013. So I don't want to rock the boat in case my streak ends. The strange world of a gambler's values..
 
Verifying players is standard practice, it has to be done. Taking forever to do this when you have time sensitive offers advertised is not cricket however and it should be brought to their attention.
