Hi Gang

Sorry if this has already been reported.

FL have done away with their "vanilla" clearplay system.

You now cannot withdraw AT ALL until WR is met. I found out the hard way on the weekend. Previously, you could withdraw AT any time and just forfeit the bonus.

Its the only thing that kept me playing there, given their 48hr pending which is crap and no weekend payouts.

The only good thing is that I ended up cashing out twice what I was going to LOL.

I always like to meet WR in any case, but this is the loss of perhaps the last remaining casino using Clearplay as intended by Microgaming.

However, we now have the Bet At casinos which offer withdrawal at any time with forfeit of bonus provided the bonus money has not been used. They also pay faster. The new breed of browser platform casinos seem to have faster payment times than the "old guard" download platforms. Perhaps this competition will make them rethink the recent strategy of taking longer and longer to process payments to players.

i knew that it was possible
but i´ve never use it
allways finish up the wr before cashout

And Wintingo too right?
Not exactly the same but very similar.

Anyway, congrats Nifty, glad you made twice the money:)

Hmm.. Not sure if they are changing that to all of their casinos. This is from vegaslpalms t&c:

All winnings generated through bets from the Cash Balance will be added to the Cash Balance.

All winnings generated through bets from the Bonus Balance will top up your Bonus Balance to the original bonus amount – less any movements from the Bonus Balance to the Cash Balance – and the excess winnings will be added to your Cash Balance.

Your Cash Balance may be withdrawn from your account at any point unless the wagering requirements on a bonus have not been met. If you request a withdrawal before fulfilling all the wagering requirements of the Bonus Balance, you will forfeit the remaining Bonus Balance. If your reverse your full withdrawal amount, the casino will return your forfeited bonus, provided that no purchase was made between the requested withdrawal and the reversal. If you request a withdrawal before fulfilling all the wagering requirements of the bonus, you may forfeit your cash winnings and remaining Bonus Balance if the casino deems you to have used the bonus for profit and not to extend your time playing, or if you are guilty of irregular play as defined in Term 28 below.

There are 2 main problems with FL bonuses. First, they are not credited instantly like other MG casinos. It takes quite awhile sometimes so you either have to be patient till the bonus arrives before starting play otherwise the earlier wagering doesn't count. If you lose quickly before the bonus is credited the 2 bonuses are lumped together for your subsequent deposit meaning you have double the wrs. Second, which is favourable to the player, there have been instances where the bonus credited is part of your cash balance and can be withdrawn right away. This occurs once or twice every dozen or so deposits.

The first sentence of the third paragraph says it all...no withdrawals til WR is met. I think they forgot to remove the second sentence.

Bottom line is that the software won't let you withdraw.

Can somebody confirm the casinos in the Fortune Lounge group? (It is a group isn't it??)

Just to note, I made a withdrawal from 777dragon last weekend and they still seem to have the original clearpay system - I could withdraw and forfeit the bonus balance no problem...

Which casino was this Nifty?

I got 10 free spins on Riveria Riches yesterday for my old Desert Dollar account which i now have to use on Royal Vegas.
I won 1.94 from those spins, then won 60 x bet on Sweet Harvest.
Went on to play TS2 and ended up over minimum withdrawal.
Looked on withdrawal page on banking and it said if i withdraw then my 1.94 bonus would be deducted from my withdrawal of 72

Platinum Play.

I thought DD left the FL stable, but I might be wrong.

If not, then I'm gonna PM the rep with a WTH?
