Hey all,

I like checking out new casinos. So I took the 15 free spins offer on 'Flamantis',<snip>.
I didn't get my 15 free spins. So I contacted chat. O sorry, 2 hours and you'll have them. Couple of days later, still nothing.
Why do these outfits think they got a chance against Guts or Casumo?

Why do you hate everymatrix spintee? I mean apart from slotobank/spinempire fiasco, i think they are pretty solid. So many good skins under everymatrix ...

There have been to many going on's with them recently, I play a few of the sites but only as they seem want to do things right

Just take a look a few recent threads to see, All the self exclude business, Sites running slow, and giving games out to any rouge that asks
 
Seem like okay outfit. I will be testing them out and see if can get some more info from their affiliate program. As wanna make sure their terms and conditions are in order. I just tried them with those 15 spins and took em out on Reel Rush (best value :p) Managed to get free spins feature and won just over €21 so not to bad. Anyways if make wager we will see if pay up and despite "only" €50 max it is still free money and as I am using pounds then it will be £50 max. :cool:

Biggest concern for me right now is that they don't really seem to have that many slots. I can only see under half of all net entertainment slots. So will try get info from them why no more slots than that. As that is giving alarm bells to ring. Would not recommend anyone to deposit here at all for now at least.

They get credited within around 2 hours i was told when emailing them :thumbsup:

Please keep us updated. I'm curious about the withdrawal and if everything is hassle free.

I also think that most Everymatrix clients are solid outfits. As long as you don't self-exclude which I personally never do and stay away from Slotobank you should be fine.

I submitted my documents earlier, and emailed to make sure all is okay, have heard nothing and WD still reversible..

Had this come through after requesting a withdrawal:

According to our Security Department’s decision in order for you to continue playing, we should firstly verify your identity.

Please provide the following documentation in 7-days period:

1). Government-issued identification document (passport, ID card, etc.)
2). Recent utility bill with address on it (not older than 3 months).
3). Copies of all credit cards used at the site (both front and back side)
Please send them to [email protected] email address.

Spent an hour on their live chat, staff are clueless with the simplest of questions. When pressed on their licencing I was assured 'you are safe with our MGA licence' - doesn't quite work like that for UK players :D

Did you receive your withdrawal?

I keep hassling them on live chat.. currently being told..

'The documents have been already escalated to our security department, and as soonest we have updates will get back to you :)'

I played there won a small amount and they paid me the same day AFTER i sent my documents. I think they are like almost all EM sites. If you are NOT self excluded in any EM site, and do not break any of their T&C you will be paid.

I sent an message by the cs help as no one was on, Next morning I got email states that free spins will be on in 2 hrs, I checked and they was there, After seeing casinoman's post about doc's and then reversing he's withdraw back they will not be seeing a dime of me,

They should put account on hold while docs request, That will soon get there arss in gear to approve them, But to put back into acount so you can play is rouge if you ask me,

Agreed. They are clearly trying to get me to use the funds and lose them. They have zero chance of that. If they keep delaying on my document approval I am going to go skitzo.

They do not reply to my emails, and every chat agent tells me 4 hours, or today with a big smiley face. Their site is v similar to Noxwin so I assume they are sister sites.

Support now on live chat told me another day...

They are stalling, and I am not expecting a good outcome at present..


Oh, and i contacted Jetbull, no relation there.

Yep, same as what they said to me for the last 24 hours.

I asked them to chase this up, surely they can communicate with their security team, I was told they will do. Mmmmhmmm
