THE MANAGER SAID I MUST HAVE BEEN CHEATING AND WILL NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY, INCLUDING THE 3 THOUSAND I CASHED IN DURING THAT WEEK!!

this is so dirty! i made a complaint to the opa and i also called firepay. they are dirty to, they could care less!

I have been contacted by the casino rep and he doesn't understand what the player's problem is. He stated that they have paid him back his deposits and about $1300 in winnings. "Of course
we can verify all payments with check copies, fed Ex invoices signed and received by said party, and verification of payment to said clients firepay account," he said.

They accused "coolboobs" of using a robot. Their records show that each play was made 1 to 2 seconds apart. Even when the player received a Royal Flush the next hand was dealt about a second later. He didn't even pause to say "wow, gee whiz!"

So coolboobs, what's up with that?

i was not using a "robot" i never heard of a robot until this! i played 20000 hands in one week . i guess you can say i play fast.first of all they did give any winnings and they just one hour ago put my deposits in my firepay account. my problem is i won 13000 fair and square and im getting the big shaft!! how could you cheat on draw poker? explain that B, i am quite interested to know that! and if i was playing a robot, why did i lose 3000 at the good as gold?

im quite upset about this! all a casino has to do is say i was cheating and then not pay! that does not seem fair. i have never won this much and finally i get lucky, now i am a cheater! there needs to be some kind of monitoring of this. this is crap!!!!!!!

Still,that said - it's beyond me why they ban them if the game has a negative expectation to the player.My mushed up mind just tells me over and over the quicker the punter plays a game with a house advantage the quicker the casino make a few quid.

Maybe they should insist people like the Wiz close thier site or maybe they should write it in thier terms players must not hold a dealt two pair when it's a full moon?

Presumably the casino can back up its allegations with player logs showing the 1-2 second intervals between bets on a sustained basis that indicates to them that a robot was in use?

Unified Gaming were notorious for pulling this trick as a means to disallow winnings last year, and this whole robot discussion went on for ages.

I would suggest that you resubmit your complaint to the OPA and have them request logs, etc. if you want to persue this. I don't have the necessary resources to takle this time-wise right now.

Hmmm, more interesting stuff from the casino that stats that this player had made charge backs (that were pending) prior to his wins. In other words, if the player had lost, the casino wouldn't have collected.

Sounds like a player scam to me.
