I have waited over a month for Slots of Vegas to process a withdrawal request. They say 10 days to approve and once sent for payment, they cannot control when their payment provider will pay. I currently have 2 10/21 withdrawal request that isn't approved and 4 from 10/31 that isn't approved. All this week i was told, they would escalate.

Its a "not so good" casino. Easily can take months to pay. Depending on the payout amount. They do usually pay in the end though.

This group have been paying as slow as possible for their entire existence = more than 20 years!

They WILL pay eventually. When they do - close your account and find a decent RTG casino.
There are many who will pay in minutes, hours or days, not weeks.

They will not tell me the payout privider.
Ok, so there are two elements to processing your payment:

1. The Gateway - Worldpay, SagePay for example and many more - I very much doubt there will be a delay with a gateway.

2. Payment Processor or method - Visa, Mastercard, e-wallet such as EcoPayz or Skrill or even the international banking system.

I have a hunch they mean their gateway as that is who they will have the contract with. The Gateway is a secure page, actually not owned or operated by the casino, although it will appear as a casino page. It's highly unlikely it's a delay at the gateway.

What method did you use? e-wallet, debit card etc?

p.s. The other two CM members who have commented in the thread know their stuff and by the sounds of it, you have been misinformed. The only delay I could foresee from a processor would be verification for an e-wallet, but the amount would still show as credited if it had been done. Sounds like misinformation. be patient and don't ask for your deposit back - they are probably using stall tactics for you to get upset and cancel your withdrawal by the sounds of it.

Bank transfer will not have any delays, from either the gateway or the bank. Assuming it's an EU bank they have to conform to 1-2 working day transfers between member states.

You are being fed rubbish in any case. If there was a problem with the gateway it would be fixed or the casino wouldn't make any money. Issues with gateways are general, non-specific and very, very rare. It either works or it doesn't and if it doesn't, they fix it double quick because of all the business they and their merchants lose.

Checking the CM list of approved casinos is a much as I can recommend :)

I am a UK player and Unibet, LeoVegas and Novibet all transfer pretty quick although Novibet can be a bit ad-hoc.
