Is it just in denmark this provider crash/dies every other day? was playing at casinoluck cant access my profile or anything took 30min+ to open a slot finally and this happens so often at other EM casinos also, got pissed and high rolled my bonus away lost ofc but dont really care anymore just gonna just close all my EM accounts since they are unplayable so often its stupid.

It's the same here. Nextcasino isn't possible to even open right now and it was bad a couple of days ago too.
I don't use any other casino who runs on EM's platform so I don't know about more problems. I do remember when Guts was still there though, and my guess is that it's just too many casinos using them now.

With EveryMatrix's less than desirable response to the responsible gaming legislation, I'd make darned sure I was only closing accounts for reason of customer dissatisfaction because the the lag etc. You do not want them self-excluding you when all you want is an account closure, especially since a central database is supposed to be coming, and you don't want to be placed on that involuntarily.

If you have the will, don't even bother closing them, just stop playing there and ask to be unsubscribed to emails.
