Out of those I mentioned,I found LeoVegas to be the slowest(I have self excluded from them due to lower RTPs at the moment) as for the others,if they aren't pretty much approved straight away then somebody better tell their withdrawals department that their operators keep putting withdrawals in my account within a very short space of time and barely over 20 minutes. L and L are quite slow by today's standards but withdrawals are usually in the account withing 12-24 hours maximum. I simply don't know anywhere where I've had to wait more than 24 hours in the last couple of years. That's an interesting point @johnnymcc1966 - Yet I worked at one these operators and I have to object that is not totally correct based on experience. Yes they do have sophisticated systems in place, and yes they are on top of the game due to longer presence in the industry - But if you believe 100% of transactions are "instantly" approved, with all due respect, you will have to refresh your extracted sources. If you understand todays banking system, you will realize once a withdrawal is approved it passes through a number of financial ledgers/procedures in order to land on the designated e-wallet, acquiring/issuing bank, etc.
Based on that it is safe to say our withdrawals are also approved "instantly". But we tend to keep a realistic time frame which is why we always advise 3 banking days.
Not to mention the KYC factor, or withdrawals on weekends, which can alter the duration of such transactions to land.
Hope this information is useful to you and the rest of the members!

Good for you,but I'd rather have my winnings as soon as possible. Although there is very little of that nowadays.I've never understood the obsession with instant withdrawals.
I'm quite happy to wait for 12, 24 or even 48 hours. I don't NEED to have the money instantly.
I'd say. If you can't afford to wait for a withdrawal, maybe you can't afford to play in the first place

I might have a problem with the inconvenience of having to return to the land-based casino to collect my winnings.Lets face it, if you went to a land based casino and they told you to wait 24hrs+ or to have to go back the next day or two for your winnings you wouldn't want to play there would you?
Are you inviting spammers to spam the heck out of your account? Or are you inviting someone to try and hack into your CM account (if that's the same email addy)? Sorry - but it's not the 1990s when this was a common thing to do.i love lv spins i love the greentube selection. only thing i dont like is been restricted to certain games when take the deposit match

Good morning @danofthewibble - Thanks for your feedback. We never disbelieved anything though.I think Energy are not doing themselves favours here anyway - the three working days thing is their aim, but they're often quicker. Next working day isn't uncommon.
They take their time, but at least we know they pay. And usually quicker than they say they will.
Equally, Mr Energy disbelieving other casinos do instant payouts isn't a good look
Good morning @danofthewibble - Thanks for your feedback. We never disbelieved anything though.
I provide genuine feedback based on my experience as a punter, and a industry professional. As a regular Poker player (Guess where I play) there have been times I had to wait 4 DAYS for a withdrawal, which really got me displeased. And it had nothing to do with KYC or unsettled transaction.
But getting pissed off or throwing your tv out of the balcony ain't making it better.
So yeah, of course we all want instant pay-outs, who doesn't? But we don't live in a perfect and utopic globe as you already know.
Have an amazing start of the week all!
Marco from Energy
Apologies for not answering earlier @DreamRJ - I am just swamped with Monday admin work.I am speechless I really am really. Boggles my mind.
I need to say this again. So it is like you are totally ignoring what me and others have stated and just continuing in thinking that because you work for your casino and you play at a poker site yourself and you had to wait 4 days for a WD when you could have played at POKERSTARS which has instant withdraws too. They have an automated system for withdraws too. 24/7. You seem to think because of this that it is fine and dandy and nothing is wrong and 3 days or 4 days wait time is acceptable and normal? Well I am sorry but it is not. the last few years more and more casinos are adding automated systems. Your casino is lagging far far behind, the longer it is you keep stamping your feet and holding your ground and not budging and implementing such a system in your casino is only going to drive more customers away from your casino.
It really does feel that you do not get it. "We already live in an ideal world". Some casinos already do instant cashouts. The casino you work for and some others still do not. But the majority now do have some sort of automatic withdraw system in place that automated the withdraw processing.
Just had to say this as what you said just touched a button that just forced me to reply again.
I had one at your casino. But you already did provide me sooooooo many small gifts that my house already was completely full. So I had to close the account as Option1. (Option2 was to make my house bigger to have more space for your SuperGifts but unfortunately the ground is limited). But Thanks anyway sweetyThanks for your pragmatic suggestion, but we do need to give players a chance to complete wagering requirements and end up with withdrawable cash balance, and this is part of our core values.
Do you have an account with us @andym ? I am feeling generous today and would like to grant you a small gift.
He is trolling. I hope you are not using Google translate or something. Sarcasm is a thing. What he actually meant is that your wager is way too high. Giving players a chance to win lol.Alright @andym - I will be here whenever you'd need assistance or just a human being to chat with.
Have a nice Tuesday.
About this withdrawal topic. @brianmon - You have a point, no need to be impatient IMO. Personally I have no urge in receiving my withdrawal when I play Poker, as long as they do take my KYC seriously and it arrives in my bank/e-wallet in a timely manner.I've never understood the obsession with instant withdrawals.
