Official EnergyCasino. Energised thread! Bonuses & more

It seems this is just a PR exercise. A rep comes on and asks for regular casino users to give their feedback on the rep's casino and how it can improve. The two things that keep coming back are highest RTPs and faster withdrawals,no different than many other casinos which come highly favoured by Casinomeister users. Cue rep acknowledging RTPs but putting proverbial fingers in their ears and shouting 'lalala' so as to ignore the feedback and tell the Casinomeister members that THEY are wrong and rep is correct. It seems a bit pointless if the rep is going to simply ignore the feedback and continue as is despite asking for said feedback.
What's good @johnnymcc1966 - so I am dodging your feedback? :)

Energy Casino is a highly recommended, vetted and Accredited Casino at Casinomeister
I am simply saying that you seem not to be acknowledging how people are telling you that quick withdrawals are very high among the reasons why people choose other casinos above Energy and even though you asked for this type of feedback you just seem to be brushing it off.

Yep I concur totally in what you have said.

They want feedback and yet they choose to ignore it and just think what they say and think is acceptable and OK and they will say they will be taking it on board but let us all be honest here. We all know why they are NOW making an effort on this forum. They do not have any motivation to make withdraw times faster or switch to higher RTP versions of slots for some providers they have in their casino or remove the max cashout on the deposit bonus matches and also reduce the wagering as well.

They are merely here to see if they can get some more traffic to their casino because they have probably saw their numbers are not growing at a fast rate any longer or they are losing players left right and centre and they are trying to counter it by trying to use the CM forum as a platform in the disguise of "OH hey we are here to improve our casino and make it better, please give us feedback" message is just a smokescreen.

Just my 2 pennies worth again :)

Moreover, we will try our best to up our game in terms of withdrawal pay-outs and in light of any other remarkable topics mentioned here. ;)

Thanks for your speculative suggestion @DreamRJ ! Yet our intent here is different and rest assured we are not losing players as we have a prominent presence in the industry and we are glad of reaching such a milestone.

And yes, we have an imperative motivation to fasten withdrawals. That's a fact you can take it or leave it. ;)

About the RTP... Let's be honest that will be trickier as to change such adjustments are long-term.

The sole reason why I chose to initiate such an interaction is to get as much feedback as possible, good, bad, or extremely bad which as you can see, we accept and we don't condemn!

Best regards,

Yeah, in todays age, one FREE withdrawal a week? Seems a very stupid thing to do as, like i do (I still play at energy the odd time but it is only the odd time), if you take money out you'll be put off playing for the next 7 days, unless you want to pay the fiver fee (should you be so lucky). Why a fiver as well? Though VS charge for >1 a day, theirs is 2.50 but x2 that? Jesus.

Speed up the withdrawals (at least 1/2 the normal 2 days), open the bonus funds to all, not just a few games and stop charging folk for taking out their winnings and it would be an improvement.

Wont really make comments on the RTP as they're all at it now (bar Novi/Uni etc: for now)

@steveyboy @pinnit2014 True true. We are on the same page here as since I started at Energy (Quite recent) I objected this shouldn't be.

I recently got informed we already lowered this fee by 50% and it was a recent adjustment.

I believe to have mentioned this previously, but this is now being discussed (yet no promises made) so rest assured we are not ignoring such imperative topics, which we enormously value. So thanks for that!

I will, Increase RTP! - you will get more business by selling better products :)

And yes, do away with the charge on withdrawals.

Too much choice for players and you are cutting yourself off from some repeat business.

The extra deposits will counter and outvalue the loss from 2.50 a time.

p.s. regarding RTP, why not promote one game studio at max RTP for a month. Market it to all your customers and see how it goes?

The problem with that is, that it highlights that there are games on the site with lower RTP settings.
The casinos rely on the fact that the vast majority of players don't know/understand what RTP is

@brianmon - Definitely. Which I don't think such players are to be found in this forum given you are all so well educated.

But yeah they should all be aware of what RTP is and where to effectively locate it prior to launching any game.

Whose side are you on Brian :p
I'm on your side, and all the other players. I was just saying why they might be reluctant to do that.

It would be one thing for a casino like Novibet to advertise that their games always run at the maximum RTP.

But for Energy to advertise that (for instance) 'For the month of November, all Play'n'Go will be running at maximum RTP'. It would just highlight the fact that they previously weren't running at max RTP and that after November, the RTP will be lowered again.
