If you scroll back to post 43 you see i had the same issue, funny enough was ok next day but just glad i wasnt the only one :)

Just tried it again and still the same, So I opened up I.E & loaded up fine, Only other games I have found not to work is lights & aliens, After a Google search for the later 2 with the error code than it said its my video card (again both work from I.E), I find this abit strange but thats the trouble with all this multi platform ect,

I am so sad to read that you had problems with some of our games. One hour ago i had contacted our IT again and they informed me that there were no errors on our game servers in the last 12 hours. As I wrote in one of my posts, we rarely had errors with Novomatic games, usually the error appears on the side of our customers without any sign on our side. This is why its so hard for us to detect, but you can be sure that we investigate all of reports and if the error will persist please send to the support more screenshots.

The best what I can do is to suggest for you to update your Flash Player and your JAVA, delete cookies and try the games in multiple browsers. Please feel free to contact our support team if you need further assistance, you may rely directly this thread so the error will be investigated directly by our IT team.

The special CM bonus is better than our general WB offer. 25x D&B wager for UK players which is 30x in the standard offer, 5€ free to test the games and 250€ WB bonus available using e-Wallets instead of 200€ . Sure, if you open your account in GBP all the bonuses will be converted in your currency. I hope that one day you will use our special bonus and you will post your feedback! I might have a deposit today, I will have a look at my inbox to see what other offers are about as your bonus adds up to 50x wager when take into account D&B and that is pretty steep, I can understand that your not here to give away money but I also do not want to just give my money either,

I can understand from what I have read that you are a good site & signed up due to you having some games that my normal haunts do not have but as they are not working on my normal browser than I will weight the options up and try finding a fix,

But like Viking pointed out that it worked for him the next day?

Viking, had the same issue few days ago but all was fine at the next morning... I don't know if he updated or modified something in his system but we checked on our side and we did not modified anything because all was fine in our reports. :what::what:
 
I personally have no quibbles what a casino decides to go with when comes to play through ect, What I can assure you s that if I was earning more cash than I would not even dream of taking a bonus, So would not even effect me, But as things stand I tend to take a bonus for extra play but at the same time at least think that I may have a chance to clear wager,

Now with the games that would not load, I have just updated my java (Thats all) & loaded up fine My flash ect is all built in so that updates daily anyway, I was way outdated on the java, That is the only thing I updated, I might give you a try after I checked my emails as its my relax day today and not deposited all weekend so itching to have a spin :)

Far enough I may have got the game wrong but there was no free spins on either as I checked, There was no free games added at 12pm, even the rules state 13;00 CET time, (2:pM, U.K)

Not a great start! Deposited kept getting a popup box saying "Error please contact support" then playing games were lagging and then finally dreaded crash mid spin on JP. Then finally whole site seems to have crashed. Trying to load the site gets this error now

"An internal server error occurred. Please try again later." :mad: on a Saturday night as well!

I tried to read their terms 15 hours ago and every few seconds I would get this popup.

Been trying throughout the day, but it keeps happening. I would hate to have deposited there and had to deal with this bs.

Yep I got the same almost from the start of my game play. Site is crap at the moment and no one answering any support messages. Think I will ask for a refund if they dont fix this by tomorrow AM. Worrying if it has been happening all day and no one there end has picked up on this. Even on a Weekend a casino should have full support and techs on hand. :mad:

That must be frustrating. What's the use in having a "Please contact support" message if there is no support available.

Well tried to log out as I hate to keep any sessions open but alas no joy. Cant even do that. Would avoid depositing here until they fully get this sorted. Just peeved that it gobbled my depo no problem and now money is stuck in there with no game play possible. Will be interesting to see how long CS get to reply to the email I sent them. Giving up on this one.

No reply to my emails and live customer support still offline at 11.22am. Having live support that ends at midnight is not perfect but I know many casinos do this. But having no live support in the middle of a day regardless of the day is not good. Anyway hopefully the rep will reply here seeing as CS are not responding. If this is the shape of things to come when things go wrong its pretty dire sorry to say.

Sorry guys, we had some server errors this weekend but our technical team solved it after 13:00 CET today. The support is working in the weekends from 12 to 21 CET and we had 500+ emails to reply. Sorry because I was not able to reply you in time.

Well sorry to say I deposited again. Took 50% bonus offer. And every time I loaded netent games my balance would show at 0.05 euros and not my actual balance. Hit up live CS waited around 10 mins for the reply which was simply "we will have to forward this to our technical dept" no other info given and the CS just seemed to ignore my reply's. Anyways this casino not for me. Too many glitches and poor CS on the live support side.

Played my balance to zero on the only games I could load and play which were MG. Netent would load but my balance showed as zero on netent games even though it was not. This casino too many issues for me and is technically lacking at the moment. Voted with my wallet and made a depo where I can play Netent games without problem on the bonus.
