I know all about the MasterCard issue so that's fine. It's always been a bugbear of mine but I know it's out of your hands, so no worries there!

Would it not make sense then for yourselves to increase the withdrawal limits to 5000 for each method if that is the 24 hour limit? Depending on the method you currently have 3 different limits and so, if, hypothetically I won 5000 and withdrew to Visa, it would require 3 separate transactions. Surely this cannot be good for the casino in terms of processing costs nor the player in having to make several transactions when it could be done in one hit without breaching the limit? At least then, with a unified withdrawal limit across the methods of withdrawal it would make it more clearer to the player that there is a 5000 limit for withdrawals in play? Otherwise it's possible that a player may assume that that is all they can take out per day/week/month etc. I think it's just better for the player to have it clear and upfront and perhaps for yourselves in terms of processing in the event of unnecessary multiple transactions.

I am not a payment guru but this seems to be legit :) I forwarded this to our finance department hopefully they will apply some changes if its possible or at least they will explain it (even if the rules are made by others). I think they are great! Very fast payout, usually within 30 minutes or less.
Very nice support and MG, netent and novomatic slots. Need I say more.

Only one downside: You only have one free withdrawal per week. For every second, third, fourth etc withdrawal per week you have to pay a 10€ :eek2: fee.
I do not like that at all as I cash out small most of the time. So my home is still redbet and I play at energy only occasionally to play novomatic slots.

but this is all i got just wouldnt load, tried diffrent browsers, diffrent games all the same :(
so in the end blew it all on some Netent games.

Regarding the withdrawal fee. In case you will certain account activity our team could offer you the possibility to have more withdrawals for free in a week. didnt work last, but what do you know, all working this morning just had a look to bad i blew it last night, should have gone to bed

The interesting thing is that nobody else reported such an error last night. I had reviewed more of our clients Novomatic spins from last night and it seems to be that error occurred just under your account. The case was forwarded to the IT team, if they will find something I will send you a PM. I hope that, this was just a one time error, in case it will happen again please contact our support team and send a screenshot so they may take care of it in time. It is not impossible for us to check it on next day but I think its better if we try to clarify it asap.In case I will get a response from our IT, as I wrote before I will contact you immediately.

I had a similar issue of Betspin last night - Net-entrails games would NOT load in IE, but would in Chrome. had the same issue, a blank screen/game.

This seems to occur at many different multi-platform sites quite regularly.

I am not sure if IE could be recommended in general for playing in any online casino. I personally hate it :)

The fact is that I never seen such an error with our Novomatic games, back from 2013 I have seen 2 comments regarding some minor Novo issue in our mailbox and there was another player in the old CM EnergyCasino thread who experienced some problems with another game provider. The source of the problem was the outdated Flash Player soft.

We do our best to minimize this kind of errors so this is why I had contacted the IT to do profound check. Let's hope that this will remain an individual case.
 
Had a session on Energy Casino last week and I promised to get back.
All games ran flawless and it is nice to see the expansion of their games portfolio.
Still no cash out managed but I suppose that is just a matter of time hehe.

Anyway looks like a good place to play.
