They have also a Live Casino TV show on Sport1 channel but what you see and hear on this show is in my eyes a joke.

At Live show you can call a free phone number and with luck you are into studio and have the chance to win money (100€ in jetons to set €10x10 or 10x €10 spins) on roulette or on slot triple chance from Merkur.

But before you must been registered at DrückGlück to have the chance to play in the TV show.

They explain how you fill in the registration form how easy all is and recommend PayPal.

And every time, register, register and register. But there is a crucial thing which is concealed.

There was viewers and players live in the studio from e.g Munich, Berlin or elsewhere.

They don’t say that only registered users resident in Schleswig Holstein are allowed to open a real money account and play with bonuses.

On Youtube are some videos to watch (of course in german) with caller complaints that the winning money at the show goes not to your bank account, it goes to your player account and should be bonus money.

The moderator Max Schradin said, you can payout your money definitely and try to forward them to the service center.

But the user say that he already talked with service center and can’t cashout. Another player confirmed this.

I guess that Sport1 don’t know the Terms&Conditions from DrückGlück or ignore that they only have a license for Schleswig Holstein.

Most of the guys that are calling there have probably never played at an online casino or DrückGlück is their first one. It's a big promotion show so don't be surprised when the players have to create an account to get the money credited. I guess the money comes with some kind of wagering requirement whether it is x1 or x20 i can't tell. They try to lure the player into more play. It's not vicious it's merely what casinos do. To some extent it's "Bauernfängerei" but what is actually really free nowadays?

You should be aware that German players are separated depending on their residence. When you live in Schleswig-Holstein you will play on DrueckGlueck.de under the Schleswig-Holstein license. If you are living in the rest of Germany you will play under their Maltese license on DrueckGlueck.com. I can imagine that you have to create an account at DrueckGlueck.com and get your money credited which you won in the live-show if you live in Berlin or Munich, everything else would be shameful. I'm sure the rep can clarify here.

Let’s go through your points one by one and apologies for the long reply:

This is not correct and why would we have to say it when all other users (non-Schleswig Holstein residents) can play for real money and play for bonuses because they do so on our Malta license?

fact2 - every user who wins gets paid in cash to their player account and can withdraw it immediately if they want. If they have a bonus on their account they just need to ask Support to cancel it or finish the wagering. normal casino procedure.

There was a case of one player that played with the winnings and lost it and then ridiculously asked for his show winnings again. Maybe it was him on YouTube?

I get the feeling you want this TV show to fail? Coming to the forum with incorrect facts suggests that you don’t see this as important for the whole casino industry in Germany. There is no rude awakening for anyone who participates and wins money in the Show. The winnings are added to their DrueckGlueck player accounts and can be withdrawn immediately. we are talking about the TV campaign and the viewers where maybe register at the show don't know anything. If you inform the users after registration under which license they have registered means you let users from other federal states register at .de domain and then switch them. This is the main point i was referring.

I signed up this afternoon and was given 10 free spins on Ninja master and after play through I have £20. I am going to take the 100% bonus which comes with 25 wager free spins so if I lose on the first deposit I will still be up. Why am I now unable to access that £23 winnings as it seems linked to the deposit and its bonus? I am pleased that they sorted your issue as an exception. I hope that your wagering resulted favourably?

After receiving confused and none committal answers from SC when seeking clarification on my played through free welcome bonus status I had no real option but to play through the rest of the requirements of my deposit bonus which was near half way through wagering and stood at £100.
That £100 went down to the £23 that I was assured by phone and by CS was cashable as soon as I made my first deposit. I then attempted to withdraw that played through £23 but it was subject to the play through of the deposit and bonus.
I played through that last £23 and the result,incidentally, was that the whole £100 was played out at 40p per spin without hitting one bonus round and the RTP was shockingly low.
Don't get me wrong,I enjoyed the play time and I only lost £20 but this is not the issue here. I am coming to side with Casinomeister in his conclusion that bonuses are too stacked in favour of the house. That is putting it very mildly. You are probably right about that, that makes al lot more sense.
Not sure however if I may have misunderstood the cs so won't take my chances and have withdrawn the 65€ this morning.

By the way I received the withdrawal of 250€ in my skrill account early this morning so all good there.
