Slow Pay Dr vegas

    Dr vegas pending withdrawal

    Had a pending withdrawal with these since 4/11/17.
    I've been on chat twice and have been told that they have to get some kind of clearance from the slot provider?
    I imagine there's no truth to this and unfortunately have only just noticed the many complaints regarding slow payment with this site.
    It's only for 140 quid aswell. I did have another 50 withdrawal on top of that but ended up reversing and losing it which wouldn't have been the case if they were on the ball.

    I've had a 140 quid withdrawal pending since 4 Nov. Not the longest time frame I've seen but it was their reason why on chat that has interested me.
    Apparently they need to keep my money until they get some kind of clearance from the software provider for the slots i used?
    Surely not...
