Does the blackjack chart work for online casinos?

There's a chart players use to tell them whether to hit, double down, stand or surrender. In online casinos would I see the dealer's cards and would the chart help me?

Yes, the Blackjack chart is just as useful online as off-line.
The pseudo signature you put in your first post is also useful - it will get your ass out of the door here quicker than you can imagine!
