Does anyone think Microgaming's BJ is fair??

I have yet to play at ANY microgaming casino and have what I would consider a fair game of blackjack (and I played at literally dozens of them). There has got to be something screwy going on with their s/w. That dealer pulls more multicard 21's out of thin air than anywhere I've ever played at, live or on the internet. It is just amazing how I can double down on a 9,10,11 and either pull a crap card like 3 or 4 (on the 11) or a 10 and have the dealer build up a 21 with 3,4,5 or even 6 cards and have no face cards come up. While playing the diamond 7 progressive BJ the other nite, out of about 100 hands, I had a 7 for my first card ONCE! (followed by a 5 of course). This s/w cannot be dealing a fair game. Have you guys ever checked in on this Bryan?

"about 100 hands"?

Sounds to me like you did not record the actual results. Why not go get your Playcheck record and show us the actual stats?

Well that would be for just that particular session, which isn't really the issue. I'm talking about never in all the years I've played at MG casinos having what I would consider a fair BJ game. Have you experienced otherwise?

JPM - I agree with you completely; I am currently working on exposing these "clowns" at Microgaming, and when I do, it will be a story of 60 Minutes caliber, and will make front page headlines across the globe.

In order to know who the true people behind Microgaming are, I had to do an in depth investigation on a company in Durban, South Africa called Derivco. After a painstaking search I've been able to locate and contact certain programmers involved with Moshal, in hopes they would spill the beans. Although my efforts have been less than successful, I have received a extremely valuable info from 2 of Moshal's
"WHIZ KIDS" who have left the company to pursue other endeavors.

I am in the process of investigating nearly 100,000 hands of MGS bj, as I believe there MAY be a "takedown mode" which occurs at the highest betting levels, forcing players to lose at a much faster rate than at a fair game.

Also, I believe it is possible Microgaming is stealing profits from its own licensees. Proc-Cyber, another one of Moshal's shell companies, that handles back office ecash services for MGS licensees may be cooking the books, by creating artificial player losses.

Sunny Group's allegations ring true with me.
For further info on Moshal, read this valuable news article:

Wow Dave, that was certainly more than I expected to get from my question! Interesting article, I am looking forward to your forthcoming story. Please let us all know when you release it.

I've heard about this 'takedown mode' before, but can't remember if it was attributed to MG casinos or other one. I have heard talk here on casinomeister from some people who believed that MG was 'dealing seconds' in their BJ games, though that was a while ago.

Spearmaster, you still haven't answered my question though. Do you believe that MG's blackjack deals a fair game?

Where did you ask the question?

Anyhow, to answer the question, I have seen no tangible evidence that the game is unfair. My own play suggests that there is no problem - however, some of you may have played more than I have.

I have evidence to suggest Moshal or his cronies own an entertainment/lifestyles/gambling PRINT magazine called:

COOLHAND
What's Your Game

80% of the advertising is from Microgaming and its licensees. 15 SEPERATE ADS FOR MGS AND ITS CASINOS. The magazine itself is quite good,
but Moshal and his cronies got sloppy when they registered the domain name:

Don't know what you're trying to prove - it's not a secret that Casinocontent.com publishes Coolhand magazine. Nor is it any big secret that Casinocontent.com provides Flash-based casino games to site operators (of which Got2Bet was the first), nor that it is closely linked to Microgaming.

Had you attended any of the conferences last year or this year, you would probably have guessed this long ago :)

Ahhh what a tangled web we weave. Moshal must have some 200 or so letterbox companies under his control. It is mind boggling what Microgaming will go through in an attempt to hide who it really is.

About Microgaming

Established in 1994, Microgaming is a leading supplier of online casino solutions for Internet enterprises and major brands. Microgaming's success is based on constant technological innovations and market firsts that benefit the operators' bottom line and broaden the appeal of online gaming.

For further information please contact:
Julian Perry, Head of Marketing, Microgaming
Tel. +44 (0)20 7089 4000
julianp@microgaming.com

Now here's the clincher! Compare the telephone #'s listed on the following three websites:

CASINOCONTENT.COM 44(0) 2070894060
INFINIA.COM 44(0) 2070894079
MICROGAMING.COM 44(0) 2070894000

Moshal and his cronies own the entire block of telephone #'s between 4000 and 4100.

Suddnely, the truth is starting to unravel.

I still don't see what you're trying to prove... the only thing I can gather from all this is that you have some sort of vendetta. It has zilch to do with your claim that the blackjack is rigged.

I have played in land based casinos all my life, and never experienced flux that I encountered when playing against the invinceable Microgaming dealer. I knew long ago something was very wrong with this software, but I couldn't prove it. Now I have literally dozens and dozens of audit trails encompassing tens of thousands of hands of my actual real money play, and I have a statistical basis for my conclusions. I told Ken Smith I would allow him to be amongst first people to get my Excel spreadsheets, and I meant it. As soon as MGS agrees that my records are valid, I will release them publicly. I have no problem with this. However, until then, you just have to take a leap of faith, and believe that what I am saying is true.

Also, in the meantime, I am compiling video taped evidence.

I will soon go on the message boards to release an overview of my results, including total wins/losses, total # of bj's for myself and the dealer, # of doubles won and lost and other relavent info (the correct method of computing SD). I expect to be releasing this info publicly sometime around the 10th of November, at which time MGS will have had all the opportunity in the world to have looked up my audit trails. If they are not done by then, I will assume there is no hope they will ever complete this task, and therefore the public deserves to know anyway.

Just out of curiosity - have you played as many offline BJ hands as you have online? And if you are so convinced that MGS blackjack is rigged, why in the WORLD would you keep playing and compiling data at your expense?

I have no idea who Ken Smith is. However, I do indeed look forward to your results and analysis, no matter which way they point.

I seem to not be able to post messages but here goes again. I would like to say that I have exactly the same problem with dealers getting 21 with 5 or 6 cards when I either already heve 20 or 21, this happenes regularly also the doubling on 11 and getting an Ace which happens virtually everytme, yet I am supposed to be playing with a reputable casino, but i hate to tell you how much i have lost and yet i am quite a good player. I can win lots of times on small bets and as soon as I increase them can lose 20 times.

I have stopped playing bj at these sites, since I believe I have enough evidence as of right now.

The reason I was able to compile data (for the past 3 years) is due to the generous bonus offerings that were out there; less and less of them still apply to bj, but there are still some that do, and I and others took full advantage of these opportunities, since with 100% bonus, and less than 10x playthrough, the game is still very beatable, despite it being rigged.

As far as COOLHAND magazine goes, it seems that Microgaming has made arrangements with Greyhound Bus to distribute this magazine for FREE, on a monthly basis, to many of the bus terminals, accross the USA, that offer CASINO based service. I got my copy at the Port Authority.

This is a damn shame, and I'd like to put a stop to it.

I am in the process of contacting the upper management at Greyhound Bus, to explain that they should not be distributing this publication, since online gambling is deemed illegal by most authorities in the United States, and they should not be distributing an entire magazine that fosters it, and is owned by the one of the world's largest casino software developers.
I have lots of proof that COOLHAND and CasinoContent.com is owned by Microgaming.

Besides, I noticed there were many kids in the bus terminal, picking up copies of this magazine; some of which I have no doubt will logon to these casinos pretending they are under 21.

ROFLMAO...

I don't see why they can't distribute Coolhand with Greyhound... LOL... now we know you have a vendetta against Microgaming. That is the craziest thing I've heard in a long time...

What proof do you need of what, Dave? I just spelled everything out for you above - and yet you are obviously too lazy to look at the inside the magazine to find out the same thing.

Finally, there's nothing wrong with the content in the magazine, it's not Playboy. By your definition any magazine which carries tobacco or alcohol advertising is automatically off-limits to people under 21.

If you don't mind my saying so, why not direct all of this negative energy towards something more useful?
