THIS IS NOT CLICKBAIT

I was playing on stake last night and before you say it, yes I know the casinos are somewhat rigged in their favor for example speculation on the shoot being shuffled a certain way or the fact that there might be more of a specific card to give the dealers an advantage for example less 10's than a regular 6 deck shoot and so on. Im not here to discuss speculation. Im here to discuss the fact that I lost 40k on one hand of BlackJack with Evolution gaming and recorded it (with my phone so it hasnt been tampered with, not cut or edited etc...) and I caught them cheating using slight of hand.

Everyone speculates this kind of thing but no one actually catches them doing it, well maybe they do but not on a provider like Evolution. Ive gone to stake.com live support and they deny all credibility of the hand and reviewed it and said it was played fairly. Which When i share the video which I will down below is clearly not.

I will pain the picture a little and before you say it that Im coping, I could care less about the 40k hand. I care more about the fact that its been happening under our noses and theyre profitting thousands if not millions of dollars per week by doing this.

Draw your attention in the video. Im "Rev" clearly shown with a 40k+ hand, I dont care about the hand I care about the way it was played by the dealer. I receive an 8 which is fine, whatever, call it unlucky. Everyone seems to have shit cards at this table, heres the thing the casing of the shoot is transparent and you can see the side, when you zoom and slow down the footage you can clearly see the dealer pulls out a card that isnt the next in line for the shoot. It is evident, undeniable that the face up card the dealer pulls (The 9) wasnt the top card, this gives the dealer a number of advantages sure it might be hard to calculate exactly if they would beat my given hand but getting a higher card than the player gives them a significant advantage (In addition, Im at a table with others for all I know if the top card was a 6 the players wouldnt have hit their respective hands (based on "The Book") changing everything. All in all, if u take a look it is clear as day that the dealer checks the card and takes the one from underneath it pulling out a 9 out of no where. You can see the side of the deck and Ive been reluctant to share this publicly but because Stake or Evolution have no intention of reviewing the footage properly I have to come to the consensus of the public. I dont care about the 40k, look it sucks (If I lost fair and square I wouldnt care....) but I can gurantee for a fact Im not the only one who has had this happen to them and Im sure Im not the only one who has seen it.

For all I know this is a common thing and people have evidence of this from evolution just nothing ever came from it. The fact of the matter is, I want people to gamble responsibly and remind you CASINOS CHEAT both in giving them a better edge but also in this kind of bullshit.

Please watch the video and let me know what you guys think. Thank you. If Im "coping" say that too but Ive asked people who have no affiliation to me or the casino and after reviewing the video they believe its cheating.

Please forgive my bad video editing skills, i tried cutting and cropping to make it easy for viewing.

I don't think it was intentional but it's clear that she was struggling with the deck.

The "pit boss" should've seen this and stopped the hand tho, change the deck and deal again (or refund the currents bets before dealing again). Well, that's IMO.

The dealer slips with the cards constantly, seems to slip with that "suspicious" card as well.

Can be an accident, can be carelessness, can be intentional because the top card didn't stick to the fingers despite attempts. But I don't see any big cheating here, taking the wrong card from the deck is due to other reasons

Let’s be honest for a minute and admit that losing a 40k hand does bother you. It’s a bucket load of money and losing it would hurt most people. It’s only natural.

As @sufferinsilence said, at best they should have initiated shuffle. It doesn’t look like there was anything dodgy other than a dealer struggling with a jammed shoe or sticky cards.

These games are on camera for all to see. It would be crazy for a company like this to be using slight of hand on camera and risk their business which is already making bank.

I don't think it's cheating - but the game should have been canceled and replayed. Pulling cards from the deck in any order is not okay. I think now there is no chance to change anything, but if someone had quickly sent a live msg during the game, then there could have been a chance to replay the game.

From the video it does look like the top card was not pulled. It seemed stuck and the card above was drawn to complete the hand.

Is it just me or are there enough complaints about Evolution to warrant some sort of investigation / audit? Maybe a third party to calibrate the equipment each day and look into complaints of this nature?

I've seen that happen with other tables before, and when the cards start getting stuck they can push the deck back and resettle it - obviously if the problem continues then they would need to ask the pit boss.

The mistake here is the dealer trying to plough through it without doing anything - because even with earlier pulls you'd feel uncomfortable (without video review) that she had pulled the correct card from the deck.

I wouldn't automatically assume this was malicious (it's certainly not as brazen as BetOnline was a few years back), but something has clearly gone wrong. As with any mistake, the key part of the story is how they resolve it afterwards.

This is going to be more of an after-the-fact situation given it's not a matter of if but when given the number of tables they operate. I would be far more suspicious of a provider of that size having few complaints.

look like last one had good hand 20, cant real say is cheat not see what the hand paid

Does seem like whoever shuffled those cards had eaten a sticky toffee pudding with their hands immediately before doing the shuffling.

But I cant see how cheating could happen here, unless its that sophisticated that the "main man" knows the order of every card, and seeing the £40k bet is in the dealers ear saying, deal a 2nd NOW!

I can't see any evidence that the wrong card was dealt. To me, everything indicates that the top card leaves the shoe.

Just wanted to say, I know this is a late reply but I really liked Evo dealers the most (I mainly play their variations of BJ especially the Free Bet BJ) and this is not to say they are perfect.

They deal with so many issues I've seen them all. Like many users already post, the pit boss should have seen this and stopped play. Fixed the decks. It is annoying but it's better than having her potentially miss cards.

I don't see any cheating here. Even if the wrong card was done, there's no way she could have known. And it happened with many cards.

This is not proof of cheating IMO just proof that there are better ways to deal with this kind of unsmooth dealing. Better dealer training that is all.

I agree with the rest.Nothing weird happens, try to take a look of the video before commenting……

Its clumsy, unprofessional and that guilty look she gives proves it.

But there is no cheating.

After changing to 0,25 speed that draw was clear; it really was the second card! Good catch to get that! But (like others) was it directly cheating.. no. She was dealing with jammed deck which should have been changed and if she noticed that error; to stop current hand and re-deal that round. Perhaps it wouldn't have changed outcome (losing the bet) but would have looked at least honest by recognizing that error.
