I notice Kiwi won a CM award for best casino a few years back- they have no online support and do not answer emails. My issue revolved around my Internet connection breaking (which is quite often), the game (video Poker) being cancelled (almost always at the draw after discard) AND the cost of the game taken...now Playtech does not have that in their software because at my other Playtech, when that happens, the game either continues from where you left off or your stake is refunded. Seems easy enough to remedy if other casinoes using the same software can cope with that.
