yes i see the stars group bought skybet in 2018, what is the relevance? I am out of the loop so to speak.

Back in time, their company policy reportedly didn't allow reps and forums. I don't think things changed

They probably would if they werent part of the Skybet group,or vice versa.
The wheels were already turning long before that - I would say the extensive cuts to player rewards at the start of 2016 and subsequent rake increases were the likely catalyst (they wanted the narrative to be they're cutting Supernova Elite rewards for the benefit of others, but people quickly realised the cuts were universal and a cost-cutting exercise to fund the debt). They were pushing their own social spaces in 2017 and withdrew from the community ones in 2018.

Additionally with PokerStars now being part of Flutter - the ghosts of Betfair past (e.g. Happy Hour) would inevitably come up again.

I have no interest in Poker so my only experience of them is sports betting and casino. They were still very good to me on the sports betting side until I self excluded from Skybet without realising they were the same company as Pokerstars and I have messed up a nice little income stream with that stupidity.

I wish there was a rep here. I've just read that pokerstars, inspired by the ukgc, have disabled auto rebuys on cash games & tournaments including the option to automatically add-on in tournaments. For UK players. Literally handing them a disadvantage against everyone not in the UK. I'd like to ask why, lol.
