Pokerstars website is horrendous it truly is!

Pokerstars website is truly made by amateurs, This happens every now and again while I am playing, I open a slot and when the pop up loads it just shows a black screen and then it stops me from being able to open a new slot even though the previous one never loaded because it is just a black blank window.

Then when I refresh the main website I get this error!



No idea why that website is so fucking bad but I have had issues after issues when I played there over the years and it is getting worse and fucking worse.

So atm it seems my IP has been banned because when I use a VPN I can access it fine.

Eventually after 10 or 30 mins this error goes away but it makes no sense why I keep getting shadow IP banned now and again anyone else know?

Contacting support is also out of the question because I can not access their site what so ever unless I use a VPN and obviously I can not login when I am using a VPN because that would probably get me banned for using a VPN lol

What is worse is I was actually having a little luck before it happens and as soon as it allows me to use the site again and play every slot is turned to 0% and I instantly lose my balance in minutes and yet again that happened again my balance just poof in 5 minutes.

Yeah their website is broken af, i cant log into it most days and need to use the client which uses chromium so it can be just as buggy Fine for poker, useless for slots.

yes you can, but i prefer to use the website, the client doesn't like autoclickers, it wont register the clicks.

problem with Pokerstars you cant play other game without closing last game you played, you cant also save bonus, this week they have mega weel I won £100 this morning,

I gave up using Pokerstars some time ago. From memory it was because the site layout was really confusing. If you can get your money out then move on. There are plenty more fish in the sea.

Closing a game then opening another never works for me, it always complains , no matter how many times you try , only thing is logging out and back in.

Anyway is why I've rarely played there , and it's mainly down to the site itself and issues.

Was exactly my experience with the site - the general layout is cluttered and it's a very clunky site on a good day - if you play often there, they tend to offer a few kickbacks but losing the will to live trying to load a slot somewhat offsets that.

Sometimes the login / denial issue is due to a DNS value on your computer that is bouncing your data off a place/country where pokerstars is disallowed. My cell provider DNS gets switched to a different province in my country where there’s different regulations than mine…. That province doesn’t allow certain things - Pragmatic games for one…. Not saying that this is the cause but worth a gander. If you’re not sure how to do this - use a site like whatismyip dot com.

Just my 2 cents. Poker Stars is 1st and foremost a poker site where big money is wagered, won and lost in Poker cash games and tournaments. Also, poker sites are ringed fenced due to gambling laws in host countries. Because of this, VPN's are forbidden and the sites will clamp down hard on any attempt to mask the users location when playing.

Regards slot gaming, I agree with most of the posts. The free spins awarded are a minimum available of a slot offered, usually 20 pence.
